2019 5* We have been here a few times now while visiting our kids in the area. They are always friendly and helpful. Love the burgers. They are fantastic. Lots of choices to personalize it your own way. We have been back multiple times and will definitely be coming back again!

Chose this place on a whim while driving through Chicago.
Would love to share a photo of the burger, fries and pizza puff we ordered.... but we smashed them so quickly that photos weren't even a thought.

So I tried the House Bull burger with sweet potato fries and it was pretty weak. The burger itself was ok. Wasn’t even hot But I am disappointed in the fries. The worst I’ve had by far. Dry. Flavorless and crunchy. The lady who took my order and rung me up was really nice and the establishment was pretty clean but I won’t be back.

You need to have a working phone number. I would give one star but I feel bad because I do not know who's at fault- you or Grubhub. I ordered for the first time tonight at 6:38 PM. The estimated delivery time was between 7:35-7:45. At 8 PM I decided to call you because we had heard nothing about the order and it still hadn't arrived. I called the number listed on Grubhub and it sounded like a fax number as rang and ended in a long beep that didn't stop till you hung up. I then googled your page and found the number listed here and it is out of service. With no way to reach you guys and at this point our food being over 40 minutes late I decided to cancel our order. Of course 2 minutes after I cancel the order your driver shows up with our food and I had to unfortunately tell him we cancelled.
So:
1) something is wrong with the 2 phone numbers you have listed and neither of them work- even the Grubhub support couldn't reach you
2) if your delivery times are not what Grubhub estimates (they said for me 30-40 minutes on the website hence the ETA 7:35-7:45) then you need to modify that with them so people do not expect a shorter wait. It would also help to have the drivers reach out to us to tell us they are on their way or something or close by- I went almost 2 hours in silence hence why I cancelled.
Good luck, I'm very upset I had to turn away the food I waited 2 hours for, but since I already cancelled the payment I had no choice.

I am impressed ????, food is FRESH and made with love. Customer service is amazinggg. Hamburger are made out of angus meat so quality is definitely there priority. I would definitely come in again. And recommend to anyone. PLACE is a calm environment and very clean.

I had the tacos and they were surprisingly good and their red sauce ooo super good. My buddy got the Jalapeno Burger and he was not disappointed one bit. Definitly a spot to go to

The decor is fun. The restaurant is clean. The food is amazing!! The burgers were great. The French fries were the best I've ever tried! It may be a little tricky to park, but it's definitely worth finding a spot and walking a bit if needed.
They have a large menu. We are definitely going to return to eat more.

Great burger for under $10! Perfect presentation, hot fries, clean atmosphere, and friendly service. We went at a slow time of the day and there was zero wait for our food. Would definitely come here again.

Good burgers cooked on demand. Mexican burger was very tasty. Service is friendly but it is bit a fast food so don't expect to be out in 15 minutes.

Amazing burger, and the fries were perfectly crispy. If you're traveling or commuting song Elston, Central or even Milwaukee and you feel like a burger, this is the place to go.
