Wow! I got the tres leches cake and it was amazing! It had notes of cinnamon and it was so moist and creamy. The sweetness level was perfect and not overwhelming at all! The man at the counter was sweet and you could tell he is proud of the products they sell. You definitely gotta try this place!

BEST MANGO CHEESECAKE EVER!
First of all, it was great to find a place open late at night that had desserts. We tried a few things from the menu and everything was DELICIOUS! The mango cheesecake was absolutely breathtaking, I'm a mango lover and this cheesecake was completely balanced and delicious, must try from the menu!

This is definitely my new cupcake go to place! Their cupcakes are moist and just the right note of decadent without being over the top. The red velvet was amazing and the carrot cake was the perfect texture. Definitely the best I have found in Chicago.

Great dessert spot! Inside was clean and welcoming. I got the chocolate strawberry cake and boy it didn’t disappoint. Perfect balance of sweet and fruity.

Walking in to the bakery to pick up a birthday cake was unbelievable. The staff was all busily preparing creations that all looked amazing. I was warmly greeted by James and he assisted to satisfy my order beyond expectations. What a kind and generous person he is. He went out if his way to tend to specific detail so the order was so over the top. The “Bucktown” was without a doubt the best ever. We were so impressed with the decorating and the distinct flavor. What a cake, what a business and again what a kind staff.

We’ve been going to this spot since it was slinging cakes out of Get In The Kitchen further north on Broadway. Their ready-made desserts are unbelievable, and I cannot put into words how awesome the owner has been in helping with last minute treats. No need to look any further for any baked goods. Cupcakes, custom cakes, macaroons….the best!

I was pleasantly surprised to find gluten free options at this wonderful new neighborhood bakery. The aroma upon walking in was like entering a French patisserie. The gf coconut cake with whipped cream frosting was decadent and I sure felt indulgent eating it. I look forward to trying their other delights. I'm wondering if a gf chocolate cake reminiscent of Portillo's chocolate cake will be in their repertoire. I can't wait to find out.

One of the best cupcakes I have had in Chicago. I bought the She Vers(Red Velvet Cupcake with Vanilla Cheesecake Frosting) and the Salted Caramel Mocha Cupcake. I was charged $0.10 for a checkout bag which is more than the Illinois Bag Tax plus it was a paper bag not even a plastic bag. So taking 1 star of the rating.

A friend bought his husband this pride cake while visiting us during his husband’s birthday weekend. The visual of the cake is stunning and the flavors were delicious. I especially liked the mocha flavored frosting between layers. Yum!

Amazing place! Amazing people! We just got a few little samples and so far the smore brownies and cupcakes are amazing. Our dog rocket also loved his little treat that he got. Definitely coming again.
