Was going to try this location however you can't place an order over the phone so i opted out of going and standing there for a long period of time to wait. Also the person answering the phone hung up on me at first and was a bit rude when I called back.

These people are so rude. If you go into the restaurant to place an order for turkey tips the wait for turkey is 2 hours and you can't order by phone because " they're busy". Pooor customer service so just because your busy no orders are being taken over the phone when it rakes 2 hours to cook?

This was our first visit and it was a joy! The lady on the register was Amazing! She was friendly, helpful and professional. I was pleasantly surprised at the Great customer service we received. The BBQ ribs were delicious and the hot links had us biting our tongues.
We will definitely go back again and again!

The jerk ribs tips and hot links are delicious. My sister got the regular ribs tips and it was fatty. Overall it was wonderful

Place is lively good food takes time to prepare so the wait is worth it menu is posted where you can read it wait staff is pleasantly ready to serve you I would give them five stars but they only take walk up orders no call ahead

We missed our exit on the freeway and so ended up deciding to try out this joint...and man did it not disappoint. The customers were crazy as hell and the plexiglass separating the employees from them indicates this is pretty regular. The sketchy tone is set the second you walk in the place. Then you have the food and it all becomes worth it. The brisket was a little too charred, but still tasty and every other meat we had was on point.

My experience with the fried chicken wings was not a pleasant one the chicken just was ill prepared in my own opinion. The rib tips is good some time and other times not so good tuff can't chew them. The staff seems to have no customer care training at all. The establishment is clean & orderly.
