One of the most elegant hipster location I’ve been in Chicago! The food was good and the coffee also. Loved the Ambiente!

Great place to sit and do work or enjoy a coffee. Chill music and a quite atmosphere. Breakfast food was alittle off personally with spicy potatoes and the breakfast sandwiches are served on a bun. The big winner of this store is definitely the vegan homemade pop tarts. Definity something to try if you stop in.

I almost don't want to spread the word about this place because it's such a gem, but Froth is awesome. The avocado tartine with an egg is delicious (Kayla cooked the egg perfectly, and I mean perfectly) and the service is great (shout out to Tommy and Chris). Lots of comfy seating. This feels like a rich friend's living room mixed with the energy of a buzzing university commons. Perfect for catching up with a friend or getting some work done.

Cozy and relax place to work.
God coffee and delicious meal, the only issue that I can see is not a lot of options to eat.
The decoration is amazing, the price is a kind of high but reachable.

Found a random spot for coffee on google maps. Glad we found this one. Feels like a library.

The interior is beautiful and it's a nice space to sit quietly. For the coffee (ordered a cappuccino and an iced Americano) we agreed they were surprisingly underwhelming for this type of craft coffee shop. Wonder if it was a barista of the day.

The gorgeous interior and patio brought me in. The low, chill music, great lighting, soft seating and plenty of outlets kept me for a long while for a WFH afternoon. Froth is such a great coffee shop with great pastries tucked away from the hustle in the West Loop.

What a beautiful place to have breakfast/hang out and study! This coffee shop is actually the lobby for the Duncan apartments so it is really large, has lots of greenery, and has the most beautiful high ceilings and brick walls. It’s also pretty quiet and faint music in the background so perfect for studying or reading. They also have little work desks that have charging stations.
Food:
We got the general breakfast sandwich with potatoes (or comes with a salad) and let me tell you, you have to get the potatoes honestly the best brekkie tots I’ve ever had!! The sandwich was also really delicious and had French style scrambled eggs. I thought it needed a bit more sauce but I just put hot sauce on it and it was great! Also highly recommend their pastries - especially the chocolate chip cookie that has salt on it. Lastly got a cold brew that was perfect and a chai that was a bit to milky but still good. Overall really recommend it!
Parking:
Not many spots or need a permit to park so recommend pt to get here or park around the corner and walk!

I expected something of a hipster writers dream coffee shop. That's what I got. Food was drink was good, nice and quiet. Atmosphere is probably a bit better than the breakfast options, but the coffee was 5/5

Laid-back, spacious cafe with outdoor seating. It's a really cool place to go for a coffee and food with a couple friends or a date. There are plenty of areas to work on your laptop or read. Food is tasty. Really great cafe, one of my favorites in the city.

Extremely comfortable chairs and tables to sit at. The barista gave some good recs for me. If I lived in the area, I would make this a regular spot in my coffee shop rotations

Orange jalapeño latte!! Just get it, you will not regret it. It’s delicious and the flavors are spectacular! The snickerdoodle au lait is the runner up.
The avocado toast - add an egg. Good light breakfast with fresh, quality ingredients.
The building is also lovely, plenty of dine in/lounge/work space.

FROTH is nothing short of an amazing coffee shop. From quality of coffee, food, and atmosphere, this has got to be one of the most impressive coffee shops I’ve been to.
You walk in to a very large and dimly lit lobby that is fashioned with industrial chique vibes. It is a space that boasts plenty of seating while also feeling open and expansive. It feels classy and sophisticated.
As if that were not enough, the drink selection is probably the most unique I’ve seen at a coffee spot. I drank an orange jalapeño latte made with oat milk. It was so delicious and I couldn’t believe that anyone would concoct such a flavor pairing but it works. I also ordered a pour over a bit later that was equally delicious. They use intelligentsia coffee beans so you know it’s fresh and high quality.
I was equally impressed with the breakfast sandwich. So delicious. The eggs were perfectly cooked and it was served with a small arugula salad on the side.
The barista was incredibly knowledgeable which is important for coffee snobs and coffee lovers alike. It was one of the best cafe experiences I’ve had. I’m not from Chicago but this shop makes me wish I lived here.
