Nowhere on the west side can you get steak burritos, egg rolls, steak fries, and tacos from one place AND it's all prepared quickly and its good!

Not a whole lot to say here....service was impeccable. We were promptly greeted upon arrival. The server/bartender was friendly, personable, and professional. She was very well knowledgeable on her beer selections. Which was extremely helpful.

Their food was first brought to my attention at a birthday party. I have since tried to buy food from here several times and every single time they are closed. The most messed up part is that I called them before going this last time and on their voicemail they said they were open. When I showed up, they were closed. I drove over 45 minutes to this location. They consistently disappoint me with their hours of operation. If you’re not going to be open, that should be communicated the proper way. It’s extremely inconsiderate considering today’s gas prices. Please do better because the food is good and I want to support.

I ordered the $23 XL rib tips. They charge for sauce on the side so I opted for plain. BIG MISTAKE! The tips were supposed to be jerked. They were not seasoned and very plain without sauce. However, the tips were tender. See picture for portion size.

Definitely see an upgrade of some sort. Haven’t been here in over 4 months because of prior experiences with poor customer service & the food not settling with my body. However, I just had the tacos yesterday & everything was delicious. Even the wait that normally takes over 40 mins has changed. We waited 10-15 mins for the food. Will be back, hopefully this experience will stay the same.

Food was soooo good , tips were tender, cut small and delicious , they put too much sauce but it was good as well !! Wings were seasoned good and cooked perfect ! Luckily I came on a day they were open lol

My husband and I drove all the way to this location from Forest Park only to discover that they were CLOSED. Each time that I have attempted to visit their establishment, I’ve been met with a locked gate. What makes it even worse is that they didn’t answer their phone when they were open, which means you wouldn’t be able to confirm their hours via telephone. The last time that I’ve actually eaten from this place was January of 2022. The least that they can do if they aren’t coming to work is update their status to TEMPORARILY CLOSED, so people don’t waste their time coming here.

Also extremely overpriced for the portions. Very disappointed because I wanted to support this business but after the lack of customer service and the food making me sick, I won’t be back :(

I love Jay’s! It’s one of my favorite neighborhood spots. Unfortunately, there have been multiple times that I’ve shown up and they haven’t been open during their designated business hours. I once arrived at 1:15, no doors open, people waiting in their cars and then they finally drove away, which means Jays is losing business. I hope they can rectify this soon.

There’s not a better place out there for some contemporary classics. I’m talking Phillys, egg rolls, burritos, burgers, and their best item is the rib tips. Your most consistent jerk restaurant by far. Best out west.

I drove all the way over to this place in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday and they were NOT open as someone else said. Why have a brick and mortar if you are not responsible enough to open it on a beautiful weekend day. There was no note on the door which means they just didn't show up and I drove out my way to go try their food. NEVER AGAIN

No call in ordering, they’re hardly open & there aren’t set times. Orders take a long time. Very close to an hour wait or longer. One thing I can say is the food is pretty tasty at a reasonable price.

Food been A1 since day 1 everything on the menu is good and everything is cooked fresh...what more to say ???? support and eat good.
