Don't fall for the Instagram ads like I did, based on my experience I can tell that several of the other reviews are fake. I placed my order online through the website for pick up. I received a confirmation email and it had said my order should be ready in 15 minutes when I placed the order. I drove over to the address provided and it's a commercial kitchen servicing delivery orders for Chik fil A and Little Ceasers. The email gave me no instructions so I go inside and wait until someone walks by the desk to ask about the status of my order. He says he doesn't see my name but tells me he will go back and speak with someone else. He returns and says that someone is going to come out to speak to me about my order. I wait another five minutes and no one shows up. I again ask about the status of my order and I'm told that my order didn't show up in their email. I tell him to please find out if they are making my order otherwise to cancel it. He comes back and says that I can cancel my order. All I have is an email confirmation that says do not reply. My credit card was charged so I guess I'll have to dispute the charges with my bank. The review that says as soon as you step in the place you get a comfortable feeling is clearly fake. It's a pick up counter for Grubhub drivers and there's no even someone available at the front desk at all times you have to flag them down. Not the service I would expect for a $27 burger. Wish I could get the last hour of my time back.

This is hands down the BEST burger in Chicago. That doesn't come lightly. I've had DMK, Burger Bar, Burger PoInt, Acadia, the Loyalist, Au Cheval... all of which are good, but this place is just outstanding. I always mention that this is actually the burger that broke my 5 year vegetarianism streak, it's just that good. (The Juri burger, you have to try it). We also tried the Big Boss (jalepeno popper burger), 16 bit (what some might consider your "standard" cheeseburger) and the chicken sandwich which are also excellent. We look forward to trying the Fatality and Cheese one soon! Also, upgrading to the Rayne Tots are a must. I also want to take a moment to say that not only is this burger a contender for best in Chicago, but it's a small POC owned business...can't get better...!!!

I'd like to say I'm a connoisseur of burgers and I have to say this place hits on every "level". I mean the burger was just melting in my mouth. Can't wait to go back and try some more!!

Can't miss on the entire menu. The Little Jacob has been my favorite so far. Definitely upgrade to the Rayne tots, you won't regret it.

This burger is not just named after my favorite iconic and white cartoon, Popeye Burger is the real deal. Spinach, Mushrooms, and Back Eyes Peas all vegan “flavored up” with Arugula Pesto, a taste so so so good it made say WOW, OH... OK... MMMM YUMM ,- This burger was so good I was craving it the next day #addictive_4_life #5_????????????????????
