First time customer and these are probably the most bland tasting tacos I have ever had. Steak tasted like nothing. Had zero flavor. Very disappointing because I'm pregnant and was craving tacos. Please season your meat. It makes a huge difference

It’s expensive and the food is not flavorful at all. The ladies are super sweet tho and their beef stew is really good. I’ve been trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt for about 3 months but unfortunately it’s just not giving what it should give. If you like your food seasoned, this is not the place to go. Most of the clientele here is white and old anyway. But their cakes are amazing (they don’t make them).

Always a favorite of my wife's and I, Mexico Steak House not only has great homemade family food but they have the best Carne Asada in the entire city. Drop by there you won't be disappointed.

This establishment has only 1 star. Reasons is the food no longer has its quality, maybe different cooks? There is no love in the food and I've been coming there for years. It's time for a new taco place. Did I mention I got sick on the salsa that goes from table to table ummm. How long has this sauce really been out??

was recommended to eat here by co worker , ordered 2 steak burritos , meat was watery , never ordering from here again ....im going to just stick with Raymonds Tacos on blue island

I have been eating with family at this restaurant since i was maybe 4 years old- I'm 36 now and the food tastes EXACTLY the same. Delicious, well priced and consistent! The waitresses there are always amazing, they make you feel like family. This is honestly my favorite restaurant, I can never pass up my go-to order of chilaquiles without egg...10 out of 10!

Love this little family owned and operated restaurant. With covid, it is also one of the few places that's open for lunch. The chips are warm. The salsa is fresh. I'm a regular whenever I'm in the area.

It's like going HOME!! We go there for the food but we love it for the owners!! They're always personable and happy to see you. The food is always "spot on" the way you love it! We get the chicken soup Mmmmm, steak tacos and a burrito and they never disappoint !
