First time ever going to any type of Jewish restaurant, it was amazing. The meat was very tender and the sauces complemented the dish well. Only issue was the slow service, other than that no complaints.

Good food and waiters.
Person seating is bad for business.
Made us wait an hour for no reason.

A delicious Kosher BBQ spot near Wrigley Field. Came here before a game and was pleasantly surprised at the how well the food was cooked and the good variety they offered. Apps were also very good. Go with confidence

This bar b q place is the best kosher restaurant in the city. In fact , if you are looking for beef centric Q you should go here even if you don't keep kosher. The chili has just the right amount of heat. We love the free pickles and all the sauces have tasty yet different flavor profiles. The wings as a starter are a must. Get the potato loaded it's worth it. We have been here twice and will return again and again.

A BBQ restaurant that has tasty vegetarian option, tasty gluten-free options, (tasty meat options too), and gives money to a different charity each month, plus friendly staff and excellent service. I personally recommend the Brisket Burger or the Milts Way burger, paired with corn bread.

Meat meet meat
Who thought you could find kosher barbecue in the middle of Chicago? Well @miltsbbq is serving it up with entrees like this giant dinosaur sized slab of ribs or their brisket sandwich. Don’t forget those sides or starters like the French fries, coleslaw, house made pickles, fried crispy cauliflower, pretzel bites, and the famous cornbread

Top notch in every way - geared up for the traveling customer, but a nice local feel. Waitress staff was superb ( helped me wrap my leftovers, like the sister I never had) and Manager was most helpful in finding what I needed outside of the store.

For beef eaters only! Though they do have chicken and some vegi options. I had a brisket sandwich, which was great. Just don't tell my doctor! Good friendly service and totally kosher. Within walking distance to Wrigley Field.

It's taken me a bit to write this. I've been hearing about this place for sometime and finally made a reservation. I'm not a BBQ expert but my I laws live in Kansas City and my extended family lives in Texas. So I've been eating BBQ for some time including Memphis ribs. Some of us like this cut...don't judge. So BBQ I know. I was "perplexed" when I arrived for my reservation and found that there were no ribs on the menu? They had boneless ribs instead? Everyone knows that the bone makes the meat juicy. From chicken to rib eye to ribs. So when in Rome... we ordered the boneless ribs. I should have known that by glancing around no one ordered the ribs. That I was in for a "treat". The chared remains of meat came to the table and I thought ok bark tends to be a bit blackish but dig through this an find the juicy meat. But this was tough, dry and stringy. Even the sauces could save this piece of coal. Suffice to say severely disappointed and I can't and won't recommend. I'm hoping to give it another try because everyone deserves a second chance. But when I look back and I see what other tables ordered and no one had the boneless ribs...that should have been my signal to pay for my cocktails and head out.

One of the best restaurants I have ever gone to. You have to try the Chili!
Update four years later: Milts does nothing disappoint. If I could I would have tired everything. Brisket Chilli is still my favourite. I had the Brisket burger as a main, I would take it without the bread, the burger itself was fantastic.
Really great service and really reasonably priced.
BTW, had trouble finding parking and then found out they have parking lot across the street.

Amazing bbq place. Really great service as well. The full slab of beef ribs is easily a dinner for 2, if not three. The smoked chicken is one of the best in the city. They make their own corn bread with maple butter, which is out of this world.

First off, the food here is amazing!! We came here on a Cubs game night and a little short on time. Getting seated took a couple of minutes as there was not a host at the front. I started to get a little worried about the rest of the service due to this. However, once we were seated, everything moved very quickly. Our waiter was extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting items from the menu. We went with the half rack of rib due to the people that were sitting next to us having it when we sat down and causing us to droll from the get go. This is an amazingly large two bone rack. The flavor was amazing! I can't wait to go back so we can try other items on the menu.
Just a note of warning, this place is kosher certified so expect a bit of a sticker shock on the prices. Other than that, no complaints about the place.

Decent BBQ. The brisket had spice I found odd. It tasted much better when smothered in the BBQ sauce. The fried cauliflower wasn't my favorite. I prefer when they are beer battered vs breaded. Pickles were also too sweet for my liking although I think most people who like them

Incredible meats! Really nothing else to say!
There is a rib sandwich that we should have gotten! We ordered everything without the buns, and everything we had was delicious! They ask premium prices but the offerings are premium!
