The food is pretty good they're Taco Tuesday is great they also have a special where you could buy 20 tacos for about $40 or so everyday so if you're having a party or get together definitely consider ordering from here parking isn't the greatest but they do have a loading zone right in front that you could park your car with the hazards on for 15 minutes
if you're in the area I would definitely recommend this place

Fish tacos where awesome, they put a chipotle salsa on them which was nice! Corn was warm, sweet and juicy and the mayo, cheese and powdered chile really gave it a kick. I was expecting more out of the Mole fries but the potatoes it self was a little to bland for me. It was good, I just expected more. My opinion.

Defiantly was not impressed. Meat was obviously days old and the seasoning used were "meh". It felt like a chore to finish my meal. Especially since the ideas of reheating this for what obviously wouldn't be the second or third time, didn't sound appealing at all.
My thought is put your heart in you food and understand what doesn't work and what does. I know you have to run a business but at least make your profits taste good. With dozens of great tacos joints in the city pumping out quality tacos, seasoning and cuts, I wont be returning to this place. This is disappointing considering its 3 blocks from me.

I don't leave a lot of negative reviews but this place disappointed me.
Bones (I think) or something crunchy in the taco meat. Also got the tres leches cake and it tasted like sour milk. Took one bite and threw it in the trash.
Two stars instead of one because: meat was seasoned well, horchata was good.

I give only good reviews, especially restaurants, but how many chances do you give a place? I've come here numerous times based on solid reviews from a year or so ago, but I've now been here for the last time. Inconsistent food (veggie burritos consists of whatever they feel like...peppers and mushrooms previously...more like a lettuce burrito this last time), they got the order wrong until I corrected them, and then, get this, I watched them microwave the rice...MICROWAVE. They scooped up the rice from, wherever, then put it in the microwave. Plus the food was just bland and simply not good. Burritos were soggy. Save your money. I predict they won't be around much longer.

When was the last time you got a basket of complimentary tortilla chips that came with a side of refried beans and arrived at the table fresh and piping hot? That was my first sign this was a great find! The tacos were terrific and I'll be back! A great little neighborhood spot across the street from North Park University.
