Great food and the rice water was on point in the hot weather, but why I'm taking a star off is because of their water. I asked for a cup of water and it tasted very weird which is probably because of fountain machine or source of water.

The Horchata taste perfect…only thing wrong with this place during my experience was the fact the the restaurant smelled a little funny as if there’s a plumbing problem m..the workers were very kind though..

I started going to Taco burrito King a couple months ago. At first the food and service was good. Now it’s not. Missing items out from my order before. Now My husband ordered plain fries and we receive uncooked fries with cheese on them. This is the second time I received fries that was not fully cooked. I suspect that they poured cheese on top of these because they were not fully cooked. It’s like somebody put them in the grease and pull them right back up. So now we’re giving customers uncooked fries with cheese on them. Which was not what my husband ordered. I will not be going back. I would’ve given them a half a star but it wouldn’t let me. ????

I honestly rarely write reviews. But the poor choice of Customer Service and outright RUDE nature of this 'business' displayed with me was absolutely ridiculous! I called for a simple inquiry of their vegetarian/veggie options; as I am Vegan and wanted to know of their cross contamination and ingredients of their vegan products. Whomever answered the phone not only had NO knowledge of the menu, but was so careless in their response -cutting me off at every question?! And ultimately raised their tone and finally hung up on me. Seriously?! A language barrier is one thing, but not knowing ANY insight on cross contamination and food HEALTH is an absolute another. So so shady. And would NOT recommend for anyone looking to patronize a professional business.

Out of all of the times I have been to geek town I have never been and decided to stop in and try since nothing else was open. The place was empty when I walked, there is no real explanation of the menu it’s just titled “chicken fajitas” no mention about what is in it you have to ask. I watched the cook prepare my food and I was disheartened to find out that they use shredded chicken rather chicken breast like most places use. This is where the explanation in the menu can come in hand especially if you prefer white meat over dark meat or chicken breast over mixed chicken. The rice and beans were decent, the mixed chicken was ok but I would have preferred chicken breast or at least been aware that they don’t sell chicken breast before I ordered. I also had an order of fries and they were soggy, barely cooked. I hate soggy fries.

I tried 2 fish tacos no sour cream. After a few hours stomach and pain on my side. Last time felt this way was bad food/food poisoning. Needless to say will never go back. No matter how hungry or desperate I am. The fish was Tilapia and very bland no seasoning. With fish harder to tell how fresh it is. Had to call off work in the morning and lay in bed all day. No way to prove anything but was only meal I had that day.

I ordered the special for today which is a taco plate. This includes two tacos, rice & beans. I ordered chicken tacos. The chicken was very dry! Inside and out with no flavor. I ended up taking my chicken out the taco just to add the rice and beans. These were some of the worst tacos I've had. The rice and beans were ok. I dont like giving bad reviews, but I'd rather hope they see this and do better with keeping the meat moist and seasoned. I hope for now on be mindful of every plate you send out of your kitchen to your paying customer. I do not desire to go back.

Jam packed Saturday night. I order the steak taco dinner and he got 3 steak tostadas with 2 LG Horchatas. We only had to waited 5min. Which is pretty good cause we were 5 people deep. Both meals were good; it wasn't the best. The tostadas were a bit on the stale side and the Horchata was watery. Would still recommend for a quicky taco tho..

So good! Authentic Mexican food with excellent quality and great quantity. I recommend: Steak a la Mexicana and a side order of their Guacamole and Chips.
