The good: spicy Cajun sauce, servers were good about refilling water, food was decent, and it’s an interesting experience to build your own bag.
The bad: a server’s kid was screaming for about 15 minutes before he was taken for a walk and the lobster tail was hard to break apart. I get having to bring your kid to work sometimes and kids get fussy, but he was very loud and we didn’t get an apology. Staff didn’t seem to think it was a problem.

Very lack luster. ???? ordered lovers bundle with crab legs shrimp and crayfish eggs potatoes corn2 lobster tails..... now....the problem ????. They used russet potatoes ???? and cut them up so guess what happen. If you cook you know the answer.....it sucked all the juices up plus it was so big with no skin everything was coated in potatoes. Lobsters tails where not cooked enough so it was like brain surgery removing them from shells. Crayfish had to be frozen cuz they tasted off so a whole bag of crayfish went unite. Seasoning was delicious and garlic noodles were great. So was corn. This is good for a take out cuz you can fix at home. That's it .

Had a taste for some messy crab boil. Ordered for pickup. Got the whole shrimp, snow crab, mozzarella sticks, and lemon pepper wings. Everything was so damn delicious. We got the spicy garlic sauce for the boil. So flavorful. Dipped the white rice on the leftover sauce. That’s how good the sauce was. Will definitely come back.

Had their mothers day special of King crab and shrimp. Loved the shrimp for usually restaurants don't cook it right when it's in a bag, it wasn't soft or too firm, but just right. I traveled far to get it and it was worth it. When I can will go there again.

The Crab Pad offers seafood shaken, cooked and served in a bag. What's not to like? There are a lot of menu options for what you'd like in your bag of seafood including head on or off shrimp, snow crab legs, and lobster tails as well as options on sauce, heat level and sides. You're invited to make a mess and can even eat off of the paper lined tables. I believe the ice cream bars are handmade with a selection of flavors and toppings. There is a selection of non-alcoholic beverages available. They bring you markers and invite you to sign your name or leave a message on the walls and benches. Shout out to Emmecio, our server, who was very friendly and helpful. Paid street parking is available.

????????????Delicious, decently priced, seafood platter and a pleasant friendly service makes the The Crab Pad in Logan Square a must try for seafood lovers. The interiors and music add to the experience. Overall, had a great time.

Such a fun experience. The waitstaff was so kind. Loved the seafood bag! Also, the popsicles were so delicious. Chai + milk chocolate + vanilla wafers + Oreos ????

Always up for a good, messy seafood boil. Crab Pad is a great little spot with an attentive wait staff. I got the Monday special and enjoyed every morsel of my shrimp & crab legs. Added some corn and potatoes to my spicy bag. Maybe I'm wrong but this one of the few places that offers hardboiled eggs as an add on- the spice soaked eggs were delicious! Ended the night with a mango ice cream pop with a ton of chocolate toppings. After a long day at the beach, Crab Pad was a chill spot to rest up and eat at.

1st time customer & pick up service was slow, they didn't have my order ready when it was ordered 35 mins prior. Took another 30 mins cause it wasn't processed. The food was ok, lacked flavor for my taste buds. On the reheat the next day, added butter and seasoning to my liking. I'll give them another try on a sit down.

Ate here this evening with my partner and had a great dinner, crab, shrimp, lobster, sausage, noodles, the list goes on and everything was incredibly tasty.
Main highlight was our server (who I unfortunately didn't grab the name of) who was incredibly friendly, welcoming and full of conversation.
Popsicles were also ridiculously tasty, more so than I expected.
