This is my most-visited bar in the West Loop. I love sitting outside, and the patio is dog-friendly. It's my idea of a go-to place, and I've always been happy with food and service.

Great food, get the steak Philly which is a can't miss! The Staff is unbelievable. There is and always has been little to no turnover rate so these employees know what they are doing and those behind the bar make the best drinks! Also a free shuttle to and from all the Bull's & Blackhawk's games plus all the concerts at the United Center. It's Win-win for everyone. Also parking is a breeze near the restaurant.

Great and friendly servers and staff. Has a free shuttle to the United center for events, Bulls and Blackhawk games. Friendly and great driver. Good flatbread pizza, and fries.

Went in to watch a basketball game. I was able to order food right before the kitchen closed at 10pm. Got fries and pretzel bites. Atmosphere was good, I'd return!

This place smells like ketchup and dogwood — they were out of the last word beverage however I’m not going to hold it against them. Five stars bc the staff is lovely.

Good mid-afternoon nibbles and drinks! Quiet time of day; staff nice, attentive, food (we both had slider selection) all tasty and well prepped/balanced. Surpassed expectations for afternoon drinking and bites; would come back any time

You know when you find that great place that has incredible service, excellent food at great prices. And the vibe is fantastic. It's what so many other restaurants wish they had? Well, it's at the Crossroads. We had the hand-cut fries with garlic aioli and the Mix-and-Match Sliders, the fried green tomatoes, fried chicken, and pulled pork. Talk about mouthwatering. We demolished all of this. But the bonus is the free shuttle service to and from the United Center. We got there early, so when it filled up at 6, we were ready to go on the first shuttle.

Great, big bar to watch sports in. Food is delicious, sausage Flatbread was spicy and flavorful. Shots are q bit silly looking, huge glasses with a thimble carved in to them but if you stick to beers it's great.

Food is good. Wait staff appears nice. This is my first time patronizing this place.
It is nice to just sit and not be disturbed. But a nice, "how is everything", would have been cool.
The cocktail I had I didn't taste any alcohol, so it was nice to get full flavor, and still get the nice buzz that was subtle.
Maybe with the Covid issue it is harder to be more outgoing, but this is the time we really need it.
Go for the food, it is good.
