Really enjoy the atmosphere and the food. Easy parking and such friendly people that work there.

Our server was very inattentive. The place was not busy and it looked like she was being attentive to her other tables. When we finally did order, she didn't check in for another 30 to 40 minutes and we had to ask about our food. The manager came over and made an excuse about his kitchen staff "walking out" even though other tables in our vicinity were getting their food and were sat after us (had the same waitress). He offered to buy our next of drinks but not comp our food or discount it even though it took over an hour to get our food (which they messed up). Just seemed like he lied to us and overall service was horrible.

First time in, from out of town. Stopped in late too. Really good food. Service was solid. Manager checked on us and they kept our water, beers and whiskey filled. Worth the trip.

We came in late while in town for a special event nearby. The service was excellent and the food was really good. Four of us had the Italian beef and really enjoyed it. They kept checking on us and bringing waters, etc as needed.

I used to come here all the time before the pandemic. They finally reopened but food is not the same. The wings are no longer smoked and the burger meat is horrible. They also no longer have truffle fries! Maybe new cook since pandemic but I was not impressed. Won’t be back

The nachos are incredible and come with a bit of a presentation as they arrive on a plate with a smoke stack that is removed at the table. The mac and cheese was also very good and comes in a small skillet. Finally, there is a very cohesive theme that makes the restaurant feel less like a sports bar.

Not many places to go near United Center before the game but even with that fact The Ogden was very average. Nachos weren’t the greatest, chips were bland and stale. The wings were large but not the greatest quality and not well fried. The beer was good and cold and the service was friendly but all in all it was more expensive than the quality of food and quantity of drink we got.

The Ogden Chicago is open and ready to serve ice cold beer on tap and bottles or cans for the masses. Stopped in to pass some time before a Bulls Game and the crowd was steady, servers attentive and bar tenders friendly. Will be back for other game days and glad to see The Ogden Chicago survived COVid restrictions.

Fantastic staff and management, they just opened today and the place is clean with great food and drinks. Absolutely beautiful waitstaff at this place. I live in the Paramount lofts attached and will be a regular customer. Try the egg rolls.

This is the second time I have been to The Ogden Chicago and both times have been great! Like many others, I have been going there for dinner prior to attending concerts at the United Center. It's just a short walk from the United Center to The Ogden Chicago and is the perfect place to go. It has a great environment with great bar food! Last night our server, Denise, was amazing! She was so prompt, personable, and attentive. The food came out, and I'm not kidding you, within ten minutes of us being there! It was shockingly fast! They let me switch out a butter bun for a pretzel bun and recommended a pale ale. This will now be the new thing my fiance and I always do when we go to events at the United Center! The burgers are huge and delicious, lots of drinks to choose from, amazing service, and a nice environment. Definitely recommend The Ogden Chicago! You will not be disappointed!
