It's too tasty here. They cook meat on real coals from logs, it's real taste. So many meat items in menu, so I so glad to open this place for me. Meat eaters, you can't forget this place like me. I think it's family owned restraint, very welcome on receptions))) I will come back here. Many thanks ????!! On the photo some thing like a Burger, with soft BBQ ???? meat for 13$, I think I had eat my tongue ????))))

Baby back ribs are so tender the meat just fell off the bone. Great sauces and bbq beans. I give 2 thumbs up with a smiling emoji to go with it

Love this food!! The server took the time to explain the different sauces and how the flavor profiles worked with the food. That was awesome.
We had smoked wings, smoked oysters, brisket, pulled pork, Memphis ribs and baby back ribs. Everything was great!!
The Mac and cheese was, perhaps, the best I have ever had in my life. Like my grandma's but better. That's about as big of a compliment as I can give a restaurant.
Definitely the best barbecue on this side of the Bay.

I drove a while to try the food here and was not impressed. I don’t think the ribs saw a smoker nor even a flame. The meat on the ribs tasted boiled, not much of a barbecue flavor. The brisket was good and tender but also lacked any smokey taste. Sadly not feeling this barbecue place and not worth the price .

their meats are consistently excellent! Slaw is refreshing, haven't had all the sides but satisfied with the ones i have. I would say get the pulled pork plate and a couple pieces of cornbread

Pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw on top, side of fries WOW so good! Next time I'm in LA I'm def heading to Big Ant's. Everything was tasty and staff was super friendly. No complaints.

I have lived in this area for over thirty years. Been driving pass this hiding in plane sight treasure countless times. But I had to learn about it on line somewhere, and paid them a visit. I paid 21.64 and took my Baby Back Ribs home. I did not eat the receipt or the packaging. but every thing else was consumed in record time.
There are six other business nearby that I often visit. But now I have Big Ant on my mind all the time.
The two down sides are:
It is very hard to find even when you on top of this place.
The parking lot is too small.
But even if you need a seeing eye dog, or have to walk in from where you had to park--- go anyway. Mouth Heaven awaits.

Baby Back Ribs tender and fall off the bone and an excellent sauce to accompany them

I am from bay area and stayed in LA for the weekend. When I searched in Google map for BBQ, this restaurant showed up which is less than 2 minutes. I ordered the 2 Meat combo & 2 sides: - Brisket, BBQ Back Ribs, Greens and BBQ Baked Beans.
All were delicious. BBQ Ribs were very good. They fell out from the bones and the meat was tender and tasty. The Brisket meat is tender and seasoned well. Love the BBQ Baked Beans. The greens were good and healthy side choice.
Definitely will come back again.

Driving my old route for the first time since the pandemic, I noticed a bbq place next to my favorite donut shop. WIN! My bro in law is the Grill Master so I'm super spoiled when it comes to bbq.
Welp, this came pretty dang close! I had the pork ribs and they were fall off the bone tender! I mean the bone fell out the meat when I picked it up! My sides were baked beans & greens. Both delicious. The sauce was just right. We don't have good bbq where I live. This is worth going into the office for. Bonus: it is minority female owned.
Very pleased and will be back!
