12 pc chicken wings cost 30 dollars and were too spicy. Location is convenient but doordashing something that tastes good is probably the same price

The food is really delicious here but super expensive. What I really loved was that they have a mini Starbucks in the bistro and there’s a microwave so whenever you bring your own food you can heat it up. To save money, I suggest going somewhere outside the hotel. Buying snacks or drinks here should be for incase of an emergency.

Very convenient and friendly staff but the food was pricey and not great. My pizza was bland and had a strange crust, though definitely enough for 2-3 people. The cake looked good but tasted questionable.

Almost $10 for a cup of super bland “lentil” soup that looked more like a chicken & noodle-less chicken noodle soup. No ingredients on pre-made items. Super slow service, sometimes no one at the register with a growing line. You’d think they’d try *slightly* harder, there’s a Starbucks nearby that can easily top them.

This is the 24-hour cafe at the LAX Hilton, so they absolutely gouge you on prices. Food is awful, yet outrageously expensive.

The Bistro's muffins are worth a buy; big, dense muffins that are worth the five dollar price and pairing with a coffee.

The only reason I gave 2 stars it’s because it was quick.. I ordered a cup of smoothie which is not “smooth” at all, I think they should call it “sandy”. And it cost $10, it’s way too overpriced.
Also, the staff didn’t greet me when I got there, and didn’t say anything when I left.

We decided to give this restaurant a try because we were staying at the hotel it's located in. The service wasn't bad however I do wish that certain items on the menu would have been better explained. I ordered their rotisserie and although it didn't taste bad, it came cover with gravy which I wasn't expecting. It also came with a salad which was basically just lettuce. We also ordered some buffalo wings which were more breaded than we thought they'd be. Overall the food tasted alright but the extra add-ons created additional calories we prefer not to have had.

Terrible service, terrible food. We ordered a pizza, a burger and chicken wings. The wings were definitely breaded and microwaved, so soggy. Pizza had sketchy crust and sauce and was $22 for a personal size. My daughter thought the burger was fine, so stick to sandwiches if you're forced to eat here. But don't eat here.
I also walked in and asked if this was where the half-priced wine was and the man at the counter said "yes" and pointed to bottles in the cooler and in front of him. When I got the receipt they charged full price and then refused to make it right. They said that's only at the "cafe" which is apparently the sit down restaurant across the lobby, despite there being a sign that says "bistro cafe" right in front of this establishment. This place is open 24/7 and serves coffee drinks and light meals. The other place is an expensive Italian restaurant. Who would call this a "bistro" and the other place a "cafe?" Only someone who doesn't know what those words imply.

Decent choices of food and beverages ... prompt staff... good for quick take away.
