Food is ok but too pricey. Pupusas were small and pricey. Normally in other locations is under 2 bucks and big, but here is $3.25 each.

The pupusas here are good but always order to go. The service is trash. If you're not drinking and are a woman they won't give good service. The waitresses even sit with the drunk customers and drink with them.

Staff is rude. Waitress came out with an attitude & the wrong order. I ordered (1) steak taco and she came out with a full on platter of steak, rice, beans, guacamole... i told her I didn't order this but she said I did. I know for a fact I didn't order this because I was broke. I told her I couldn't eat all that food. She took a look at my chubby build & said it would be easy for me to eat it, it should be like a snack for me. Anyways, she refused to acknowledge that maybe I was right and maybe she was wrong. She never even entertained the idea that she could be wrong. She was JADED & SHOWED NO REMORSE. To add insult to injury, my friend’s chicken taco was ice cold to the touch. As soon as he picked it up, it folded and ripped in half. Everybody here should know that ain't nothing nastier and dryer than a cold corn taco. We told her but she hit us with the spin move and walked away. I think there’s a customer service crisis in this city!!!

Not only was the waiters attitude dry, but the tacos were as well. The steak was odee trash and drenched in nasty ass sazon. I would not recommend it.

Their Pupusas are good but their service is horrible, I always order to go. The restaurant has a dirty appearance and the waitresses that they hire act like men escorts.

My go to place for pupusas. Never stay to eat, always to go. Customer service is adequate but not important to me. 5 stars for the pupusas and 1 star for everything else.

The place is disgusting from the food to the service. We asked for water which any restaurant in NYC has to legally provide for their costumers and they said they didn't have not even bottled water. The only reason we stayed was because we've previously called to place the order ahead since we were really hungry. We didn't eat most of the food and the " waitress" had the nerve to asked if we didn't like the food. Never again.

Horrible service . they didn't even give us utensils for everyone , the orchata is made of powder , they had big bones in the tamales . no ketchup no pepper the pupusas were under cookked . and the waiter was slow .and THEY FALSE AVERTISE IN HERE . RIDICULOUS !! NOTA HAPPY COUSTOMER DO NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE !! IWILL NOT RATE NOT EVEN 1 Star

I love this place. Order the pupusas, they are so cheap. Don't forget to tip the waitress! She's really nice.
