We sat there in the evening, in a group. The service was great - they kept checking in on us, making sure we always had tap water and bread.
There was a live DJ there, which was good, but the volume was a bit too loud for us to have a conversation.
The charcuterie platter was great. The burger was tasty but burnt on the outside.
Prices are rather high :)

A rude and uptight French experience.
Stopped by for some drinks at 2pm. Waiter rolled her eyes and said, “Oh, you’re not going to order any food?” No. It’s 2pm, I already ate lunch. Even though I wasn’t hungry, I ordered desert to make her feel better. She said, “Just one desert for two people?” Yes. What is going on with all this questioning? When the desert was finished she quickly cleared the table and asked if we wanted the check. Felt more like she insisted we take the check. I said, sure. Paid the bills and even before us leaving she came back to check the bill. I’m assuming to see how much I tipped. I still tipped 20% because I’m way too nice.
Outside of this experience, it is indeed a beautiful restaurant. Unfortunately it’s not one I would recommend my friends to come. to.

The visual aesthetics of this restaurant is nothing short of breath taking with views.
When entering my large party (30) where seated, shorty after they started our drink orders. We where told in advance the bar was backed up an with such a large party I expected it to be a wait. When my drink arrived it’s was so beautiful and taste amazing until I noticed the hair (clearly not mines) on the inside of my glass. My server apologized an ordered me another one. While waiting I ventured to the commode where they’re where two single stalls with a 6 min wait line at them.
My new drink later arrived, now the food I will say even with a large party the wait was over an hour for our apps to arrive.
I started with the TUNA TARTARE 5 starts!!! Best I’ve had on the east coast! With just the right amount of flavor It surly left me wanting more. My main dish LOBSTER ROLL on
Toasted Bun w/Petite Salad. The Lobster roll was a very nice size an full of delicious lobster, salad dressing on side salad had an amazing flavor component. I ended with the LEMON TART, pretty large an overly sweet, I’m not a sweets fan so if you have a sweet tooth this tart is surly for you.
I also had a bite of my friends pasta, very underwhelming after tasting everything else, it truly lacked flavor and was not very hot, sadly to say I was so happy I did not order it.
Overall (minus hair in my cocktail and wait time for meal and commode line) this was such a great dinner! With stunning views. If you are looking for a dining experience this is definitely the place to go.

One of the best places for beautiful and delicious cocktails. Lovee the French toast for weekend brunch, the rotisserie chicken is alright -_- but the desserts (opera and macaroons) are amazing!! I love this place in general. The view of jersey city are unbeatable

Had dinner last Friday and “mediocre” is a stretch. The vibe/decor/view was lovely, but the food and service were really terrible. The cheese plate was fine, but the salad was pathetic and the mussels were inedible. They looked amazing, but the taste was AWFUL. My husband looked and me and asked “do these taste like hamburger grease or is it just me?”
I only saw one server on the whole right side of the restaurant, and the server was clearly overloaded with tables. She was super sweet but overall I was really disappointed in the experience.

Walked in with out needing reservation, was seated right away. The place was well kept, the ambience and view was great for a warm Saturday afternoon. You have the option of indoor seating or outside. The waitstaff was great very attentive and professional, he spoke fluent french language.The place is very comfortable to dine for any occasion..

awful tasteless food. the place is good, the view is beautiful, but the food is terrible. A meat burger that smells, a non-alcoholic cocktail is tasteless, french fries are not tasty. horror

Very nice restaurant with the view of river and jersey city!! If the weather is good you can sit outside and enjoy the view. They have good selection of wines and spirits. Food is also delicious and the dessert too is amazing. A must visit if you want to enjoy good view with a drink or coffee. Staff is nice and very professional.

Nice French bistro in financial district area with the beautiful view. Place has busy energy, but you still can have good conversation with your companions. We had a lobster roll served with fresh salad which was very yummy and filling. Mostly, I will recommend that place for lunch or brunch as they didn’t have wide selection of food on the menu

Liberty Bistro was a recommendation from our daughter’s boss, and he did not steer us wrong. The outside seating is absolutely gorgeous! We had a spectacular view of the sunset and enjoyed live music while we dined. The baked camembert for two and the flash fried cauliflower were almost a meal by themselves. Our daughter is vegan, and they had no trouble accommodating selections for her. Our main courses were excellent, the desserts were divine, and the service was outstanding! We will definitely be back when we visit her in NY again.
