Ordered and pay for two soups, they made a mistake on the order, when I delivered the food, 45 minutes away from the restaurant, I asked my family how was the soup and and they told me there were no soups, called back the restaurant and I was told to come back, they knew the food was already eaten and still made me come back, just to tell me that I had to pay for the food that was given by mistake if I wanted the soups, I requested to speak to the manager and he wouldn't come out to give me an apology, that is the job of a manager, even though it was not his fault, I wouldn't go back to that restaurant ever again.

Waitress does not know what they have on the lunch menu, keep insisting to look it up on Google and try to overcharge every time I stepped in on that place. Food is not that good just to come back. Bad service, arrogant waitress who tries to fool customers speaking English but can really do it, food is expensive and really bad taste. Never again!

Restaurant has banned me from purchasing for making one complaint because of how late the food came & how cold it was to Grubhub so I was refunded. Need to learn better service to customers.

This place has so much potential but they either gave up trying or are just trying to cut corners. Got a bandeja paisa and the steak and chicharron were both old and tough. Definitely leftover from who knows when. Soup was also bad. Even worse, an avocado salad had zero fresh ingredients in it: old tomato, browned lettuce, and terrible onions. I really wanted to like this place but it was clear they grabbed some old food and thought it would be ok to pass it on and get away with it. Just frustrating because they lose customers that way. 4 more never going back after today.

I ordered a soup and there was a cockroach floating inside. I called the restaurant to let them know, but they didn’t seem to care. She said “what do you want me to do?”. I requested a full refund. They sent the delivery driver back to pick up the food, probably to take the roach out and resale it. This place is disgusting!

WOW the quality and flavor of this food. I ordered bistec encebollado. Delivery was quick. Will be our new go-to. Highly recommend.

Food was great but only one sever that also has to deal with phone and packing delivery doesn't look good for the business, service wasn't bad but one employee doing everything umh. Price for food quality and portions is very good,. Will go back n recommend my friends.
