The bahn mi was fresh and vibrant. The blue green tea was excellent. Pete is a master at his craft and has created a magical place where travelers can come from all over the world and feel at home.

Excellent prices for the drinks. The green tea is very tasty and the blue green tea is super healthy. Very involved process. Will definitely return for the banh mi and other items.

What a sweet find! The owner/operator was charming & friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. He even thought to ask if my son had allergies before making his smoothie. Kind soul and wonderful place!

what a gem of a place! stumbled upon this and got the jack fruit banh mi and an iced green tea. WOW both were delicious! the ice cubes made from the tea were a great touch. and the owner Peter was such a pleasure to chat with while he made my sandwich. will definitely be back!!

Pete makes the BEST vietnamese ice coffee, in the whole city... Hands down.
Be sure to try his banh mi, spaghetti squash salad, or special drinks!
The aesthetics are great for sparking creativity -- a minimal and homey combination of diverse textiles.

If I could give Cafe Couleur 6 stars, I truly would. The jackfruit Bánh Mì is literally out of this world. I’m not usually too keen on jackfruit, but let me tell you- it shines!!! The owner, Pete, is so warm and friendly and clearly cares about each and every person who walks through his door. The ambiance is super cool- welcoming and funky. And it’s awesome that there are abundant vegan options. The only bummer is that the place is closed on the weekends, but whatever Pete needs to keep working his magic, is fine Bánh Mì!!

I have not had the Bánh Mí yet. However the coffee with ginger, turmeric, coconut oil, and dates was pretty awesome. And most importantly, the owner was so cool! I can't wait to go back and try everything on the menu. The warm hospitality alone is worth 5 stars! ????????????????

So delicious! I got the vegan Bahn Mi, and it was amazing. Such great ambiance as well. Do yourself a treat and check it out.
