Another philly business with potential and that looks good through pictures and reviews but doesn’t meet up to its own standards. It says they close at 3pm came here on a Sunday at 2:15 after rushing to leave the house with my pregnant wife to just find out they where closed, with the employees still inside the business and doors closed. Too many businesses in philly do this that’s why most only stay afloat for a couple years.

The people here were very welcoming! The food was nice and I really liked the decor inside the cafe - humorous. The bathroom was also super clean! If you want a coffee and a place to have it - this is the place :)

Can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review for Luna Cafe. I've lived in the neighborhood for over a year and almost about everything I've ordered has been delicious. When friends and family come over, we frequently take them to Luna because the food is good, the staff is friendly, and the price is always right.
I even stopped by for happy hour and loved the chicken sliders & peach blossom cocktail. This was a great start to my weekend!

A very chill spot. A neighborhood gem ????. I went on a Friday for happy hour. The fried shrimp were super crunchy ????????????????. The corn was a little watery but still pretty tasty. It could have used a little seasoning. The expresso with vodka (I can not remember the exact name) beverage is ideal if you’re an iced coffee drinker. (I’m not & I thought it tasted pretty good).

You see chicken and waffles everywhere but chicken and pancakes?! (Tip: add two sunny side up eggs!) Phenomenal meal, great atmosphere.

Marvelous! Delicious food, loved the garden seating area and that we could order through our phones. Excellent espresso. Particularly enjoyed their avocado toast with goat cheese. Easy parking in the neighborhood. Highly recommended.

I'm glad this place is far from us as I would gain 10# hahaha
We've only done takeout and even walking home 10 minutes the food is still so good--well seasoned ???????? and the coffee is toasty, nutty chocolatey goodness. Don't see something on the menu I'm pretty sure they can make it for you on their sweet espresso setup. Can't wait to try sit down because I'm sure their brunch is a must do! Very homey and welcoming and such a great vibe from everyone, staff and patrons.

Food and ambiance are good. Service was poor. My wife has serious food allergies and often has an idea what she can and cannot have prior to visiting a given restaurant. However, she usually has to confirm the type of oil the restaurant uses. The main hostess/server was remarkably unhelpful and even seemed offended by the question, stating that the kitchen is too small to check ingredients. The food was good but it would have been better without the attitude.

Finally was able to try this great place! They have a really nice outside patio/backyard area and inside they also have 2 long breakfast bar counters for you to eat at. The matcha latte was really tasty & you can add honey to sweeten it. Breakfast burrito had lots of flavor and was cooked perfectly ! Definitely coming here more often ????

Simply the best breakfast bowl ever! I think we already ordered it maybe at least 10 times and we will be back for more. The breakfast bowl has everything what you need, unfortunately I don’t have pictures of it since we eat that too fast :) Also this location has a beautiful backyard with tones of flowers.
