My Son had my 60th birthday party here and it was NOT a good experience. We had no bartender and the "manager" tried to fill in but had no clue what she was doing. The DJ was terrible. He was obviously new to the industry and I guess that my party was his first test. There was another party happening at the same time so, we had no access to the back deck as discussed. The food? It was just ok. I attended another affair here and thought that this was a good fit but....sadly, it fell way short.

The venue is small and intimate, the drinks were strong and the food was really good. I would recommend this place for any special event or a chill outing

Best meal I've had in months, shout out to Chef Wayne!
We went for the Valentine's day special and couldn't have been more pleased. Greeted with smiles as soon as we entered and the entire staff was hospitable, kind, and helpful.
Had goat cheese and fig crostini, Ribeye topped with mushrooms and served with mashed potatoes and green beans, and Bananas foster bread pudding to top it all off. Can't decide what was best, and can't wait to come back again and try more.

We had the rib-eye and pasta this evening. Let me tell you the rib-eye was by far the best I have ever had. I had them do med and it was cooked to perfection. The pasta was over-the-top as well. The service was way above excellence, you can tell they value their customers.

The Best Kept Secret of the City! I was invited to dine by Wayne and I am so grateful for the invite. The setting was ambient and elegant. The scenery was great. The staff (Rosalind) including the owner, who came out personally to check on my table. Overall awesome experience and the food was well worth it. I ordered Roasted Garlic Chicken and I have never ever tasted chicken, the white part as juicy and moist as I did. I cut off all of the skin/seasoning and the chicken was still succulent and delicious. My wife's meal was also delicious. I was very impressed with the entire dining experience and this will be my spot every time I come to the are. Keep up the good work, great service and delicious food. Shout out to Wayne.

Had to make sure to leave a nice review. I delivered food for them via a third party. The food was a little delayed, and they were extremely friendly while I waited. Even offering a water while the food was being finished. To my surprise they handed me the food to deliver, along with some complimentary fish tacos for me. These tacos were incredible, and it was such a nice gesture!! Being local to the area, it makes me so happy seeing a black-owned business in Roxborough, especially one with delicious food!! Will be back :)

Ordered food off GrubHub and it was amazing! Definitely going to order from this spot again. They didn't have the Roxy slaw at the time but they called me and made it up to us for sure. Customer service is very good!!
The dishes we ordered: Sweet plantains which were like thick plantain chips with a sweet syrup drizzled over them very good; fried chicken thighs which came with some green beans and some cabbage(?) With a sweetish soy sauce, very good!! Green beans sauteed in oil and garlic very good! Crab cakes with roasted potatoes and spinach very very good! The crab cakes sauce was different but very good. Finally the cornbread which had a sweeter taste to it almost as if it had some vanilla or vanilla cake mix? Not sure but it was also great.
Definitely a restaurant I want to visit and order from again!! Great experience all around!!

Caribian rub Ribeye steak.

Roxborough lacks variety when it comes to food however, it’s such a delight to have this black owned bistro added to the community! I ordered the salmon entree and substituted the rice and broccoli for spinach and green beans with a side of cornbread. The salmon was fresh and cooked perfectly, the green beans had a crispness to them that was quite wonderful, the spinach had just the right amount of seasoning, and the cornbread had a bit of a sweetness to it. You can tell they use only the freshest ingredients and the chef cooks with love and care. I ordered take out and my food was ready at the time stated(25mins). Customer service was warm and informative. The space was clean and nicely decorated. I can’t wait to try other items on the menu. Well Done!! Highly recommended!
