Views and indoor decor are fantastic. The The Pearl Room was disappointing. During a private event the bartender didn’t make any drink I asked him to correctly. Asked for an old fashioned, he put seltzer water in it. Tasted disgusting, then asked for another mixed drink. Didn’t like that, ended up just getting red wine. The food was subpar. Service otherwise was good.

The food is mediocre at best, the cocktails are somewhere between uninspired or ridiculously sweet, and the service is... well, it's fine.
But the place is overpriced and the only thing saving it are the decor and the views.

We had a reservation at 10:30 AM; I chose the buffet breakfast option. After I took my first round, they collected the buffet dishes at about 11 AM. You should consider that if you go for the buffet, you might lose the chance to take anything more than your first round.
The atmosphere, friendly servers, and location with the fantastic view of the city skyline are the best features; cold buffet dishes and early collection of them were the worst! They should consider if someone comes as late as 10:30 AM, they may expect to use the buffet at least for 1 hour!

Booked this place for a proposal! Jeanine was such a huge help at making one of the most special moments come to life, she was patient and kind and understanding even when I was super particular about what i desired haha. The use of the event space was very flexible in how I was able to utilize it. As far as when we were eating in the lounge it took a long time to be served and get our check so we can transition in time, but it all worked out cant complain. Only thing i would say i wish was better was security, several people who were not employee's came in the middle of the proposal and while everyone was kind, it wasn't as private as i hoped, my photographer even had to kick someone off the balcony before I walked in with my fiance. Overall the experience was majestic and could not have been a better proposal! Loved this place and the help i received! Also, wasn't as expensive as i thought it would be!

2022 update... we are enjoying a date night free of our 7 mo old! Still amazing ambiance, incredible food, and delectable drinks!!!!!
Amazingly delicious bar food! My husband and I had a romantic bar food and drinks date after the opera! The bar tender was very nice and made some killer cocktails! We had an amazing time and are exited for our next visit!

Fabulous restaurant. The decor, the balconies, the view, all amazing. Due to inclement weather we couldnt sit at the balcony however, the pearl room was just as nice. The food, delicious! Our waiter was very patient and helpful. The drinks were good and the bread and butter as well. I had the short rib with a side of French fries and berry lemonade. My date had the salmon and green beans with a long island. Needless to say, we cleaned our plates! We'll be back soon.

This is a true dining experience. The decor and atmosphere is great. You get a trendy NYC vibe in their bar lounge and a soft, comfortable and inviting feeling in their dining area (additional dining area as well). Private rooms for parties. Staff is always super nice, well dressed and professional. Food was good. Fish items needed more flavor. Drinks are amazing. Crab cakes, Oysters and tuna tar tar was great. Dessert excellent. $200+ for drinks and three course meal for 2 people.

I love the decor and the menu. I had my 30th birthday party in the private dining room here and returned for a romantic dinner recently. I had a reservation requesting a window seat. Upon arriving I was told that I could be sent immediately or wait 15 minutes for a window seat. I chose to wait and asked if I could have a few drinks at an outside table while I waited. The area looked deserted, so I asked the hostess to make sure that someone came to offer us drinks. She assured me that they would. We waited and waited, but no one came until 20 minutes later when a gentleman came to show us to our table. our server had a large party and looked rather flustered. It took her a while to greet us, but everything went smoothly from there. The swordfish appetizer was fantastic. Our entrees were good but not as great as the last time dined there. I was rather confused and perturbed about the service. The restaurant was rather empty, so I'm not sure if they only had a few people on that weren't able to handle even the small amount of customers or what the issue was. I want to try brunch here but I may wait awhile before coming back.
