We went in for milkshakes on a Sunday night. Our waitress, Kelsey was amazing. She was very high energy and attentative to our 4 year old. He was very pleased with what she brought out. The milkshakes were good but her service was amazing. Wish we didn't live so far away!

Craftsman Row Saloon is transforming into a Jersey Shore Boardwalk with a brand new pop-up experience debuts officially over Independence Day Weekend. The menu has the new Tiki inspired bar, take pictures with the Shore inspired art, and enjoy the music, video and vibes of the Boardwalk.

Craftsman Row Saloon is a fun place to enjoy a casual meal of pub food. We made a reservation for dinner here because we were attending the Harry Potter exhibit in town. Someone had recommended we dine here because they were featuring a special, limited edition Harry Potter milkshake while the exhibition was running. Being huge HP fans, my husband, daughter and I thought it would be a great idea to dine here. The service was very good - our server was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was nice - very casual pub type atmosphere (which is not what we were expecting from some of the other reviews). The food was mediocre - half of our food came out at the wrong time (dishes we wanted served with our main course came out as appetizers) and half the food arrived cold. The food itself was overpriced for the quality. They also informed us that the limited edition Harry Potter shake was no longer available, which was very disappointing. In hindsight, we should have called ahead and confirmed. The atmosphere was good, but just a bit loud, so we had a hard time hearing each other talk from across the table. To sum it up, this is a great place to go for drinks with friends and/or to enjoy the specialty designer milkshakes for dessert.

We came here for drinks after getting lunch at reading terminal, they were amazing and we saw they had a lot of items on their menu that looked good. Definitely want to come back here to try their food. Very chill vibes

The place was okay and the food was average. Milkshakes were pretty good.
I did not find place suitable for dinner per se.
The servers were nice and friendly.

My sister and I ate here after a show. The decor, atmosphere and staff were great. The themed drink and food options were fun. The drinks tasted great - we tried the Smudge Kit Margarita and the Masquerade Hurricane. The food was delicious too - we shared the BBQ Shrimp Mac n Cheese fries, the Donut Fried Chicken sandwich and the Big Easy burger. We finished off with two milkshakes - the Brotherly Love and the King of Bourbon Street. My only advice is go hungry because you will leave full!

The Best salmon sandwich I have EVER tasted. The drinks are super strong but you pay that much to feel it right? The milkshake are fun! They add the gratuity in the bill…

Food was ok but the decorations are pretty and the milkshakes sure make kids and adults very happy! There was a good 40 min wait for food and milkshakes to come out but it was very busy. They seem to be working hard though to please everyone

Have came here twice and both times were fantastic! Definitely best milkshakes in Philly! Our server both times was amazing and the staff is always great! Love this place 200% recommend!
