Half the iPads weren’t working. Had to move tables 3 times. Had to bus the table ourselves before we sat down at one that finally worked. Ordered Philly cheesesteak and 3 sliders. Cheesesteak came out quick and was decent. Sliders took half an hour and were cold and bland. Had to ask for water 3 times from 3 different people. By the time we left, none of the tables around us had been bussed and had empty plates from over an hour. Garbage place

1. Bring my food out when you bring my wife’s food out, not 10 minutes later.
2. Get the order right.
3. The “call your server” button doesn’t work. I had to track her down.
4. When remaking an order, where you forgot the ingredients, remake the entire order, not half.
5. Why? The eggs were cold, the gravy was cold. Peppers and onions and potatoes should be enjoyed together made together.
6. Advertisement in the concord is 5 stars. The resturant is a joke. Avoid! Problem is, most people don’t check reviews when exiting a plane and hungry. If you happen to check this one, stay away!

So, ordered their mushroom appetizer and the first thing I notice is a fairly large piece of plastic just sitting on top...
Took it out and a few bites later started finding hair in the dish as well... like come on. $50 for two meals and that's what we received.
Find somewhere else to eat ????

Stole our credit card information. should have planned better and used cash. Check your employees since you obviously have a scumbag or more on the payroll stealing your customers credit card information. this happened at approximately 9am on Saturday August 13, 2022 at Phialdelphia International Airport.

This spot was surprisingly good for airport food! Thank god because we were hangry after spending over an hour trying to get through TSA after coming out of customs. The self-order tablets at our table were apparently all broken but our server Roxanne quickly showed up and helped get our orders in (she was great!). Paying ahead was super convenient because we were able to leave as soon as we wanted. The fried chicken salad was actually much tastier than any other salad I’ve had at an airport restaurant, and the cocktails were also surprisingly good. It’s not cheap, but what do you expect from an airport restaurant?

Terrible experience. Got off our flight and wanted to enjoy some lunch. Ordered on the tablet and had to pay before getting any drinks or food. Ordered wings as an app and got a cheesesteak for a main meal. (Tip is included and there is no real service) Both plates came at the same time, AND I saw the cheesesteak sitting in the window for at least 10 mins before it came to the table. The cheesesteak was sent back and we could hear the cooks complaining about the situation, even though the cheesesteak wasn’t supposed to come out with the wings anyways! Also, the manager was sitting on her phone at the bar. Knowing that our meal was messed up, you would think she would come over to make sure everything was okay. Nope!

Lovely service with a smile. Quick to order on the tablet. Contactless purchase. Everyone working was masked. Safe, clean and friendly.

Extremely unsanitary practices by food prep staff!! While in the airport, we were looking for restaurants close to our gate and decided to try this place. We sat at the high top counters where you can see the kitchen and staff working. We ordered the grilled chicken sandwich w/ fries and sliders w/ fries… fries were extremely cold and chicken sandwich was dry, however the purpose of this review is to address the practices in the kitchen. There’s a counter that they use to cut up finished sandwiches before plating to send to customers. The one guy was wiping this counter down with a rag that was used to wipe everything else down (the grill station, and other counters where food was not being prepared). I also witnessed a guy grab handfuls of RAW chicken wings to throw into the fryer (with gloves on), and then continued to cut sandwiches ready to be sent to customers with those same gloves on! Their food was likely contaminated since he did not change his gloves! After plating the food, he proceeded to use that same rag to wipe the area down (still with the contaminated gloves!) I witnessed this when I was basically done my food and just left. Would not recommend unless you’re trying to contract E. coli with their filthy food handling practices. This place needs a food inspection ASAP.

$4 for a plastic cup filled with giant ice cubes and maybe 4 oz of ginger ale. It’s supposed to be 16 oz.
$20 for a cold chicken sandwich that took over 40 minutes to get. Have to order off of dirty iPads. Filthy restaurant. No waiter or waitresses to speak of.
They want a tip when you order and pay upfront.
Save yourself a trip and eat at chick-Fil-a for 1/3 of the price.
