My Friends rave about the steaks and I tried one a few months ago. It was pretty good, but sauce could have been richer. Got a meatball sandwich last week and much better gravy. Nice size meatballs and roll. Thanks.

Customer service has truly gone down here. They leave you on hold, they don't thank you for your business, and the ones at the counter are really miserable! Food is still good, hence why they didn't get lower than 3 stars.

They used to be good but not good enough for 10 buffalo wings and a cheese steak to cost $25 and $26 if you want pickles smh they don't blend your cheese into the steak they just lay it on top they also put the ketchup on the top of your sandwich without opening it so whatever ketchup you see is all you have and when asked can they make it the way you want it they say no and for $25/$26 I feel like I'm paying for it the way I want it not the other way around and the guy that runs it has a nasty attitude so does the young girls who take your order the best one there is the older lady who works during the day she is on point she should train the others

Horrible they are rude & sent me 7 Buffalo wings when I ordered 10 & gave me a half pepperoni pizza instead of plain. We DONT eat pork. Then they wouldn’t give my money back.

This time service was terrible
First young lady couldn't find my order even after I gave her my telephone number. Second young lady no better. Finds my order under another name then wants to debate me about it. Seriously my name is not Asia and second I have had the same number over 20 years in my name! Don't try to brush me off. I don't do that.

One of the best cheesesteak spots in this city.
Update: Was highly disappointed the last time I came to this location. Cheesesteak was horrible. Hopefully the next visit is better otherwise I guess I’ll have to exclusively order from the one on girard ave.

I usually order from larry’s all the time, great food but the service is trash! I called at 10:01 to place an order, the guy had me on a wait for 20 mins and then when i order, i waited for an hour and just to call back to say my food was never ordered and i haven’t order anything! and he was rude too!

Years I been getting the 2 ft cheesteak best around always on time the delivery is about an hour on Fridays because they are busy but super meaty never ever bread on the end always packed cheesteak

The food is still pretty great. Whenever I'm in the mood for a good cheese steak, I come here for their Bellyfillers, a huge steak packed with extra steak. The prices have gone a bit up because of COVID, but things are still affordable.
