I love their BBQ. They have some of the best potato salad, bread pudding, and jambalaya. The only criticism I have about Brookstreet is its customer service. Particularly, their cashiers and the manager are not friendly, and it feels as if the customers are a bother to them, especially the Hispanic male manager. Outside of that, I think Brookstreet has good BBQ.

Fast service, brisket sandwich is juicy and flavorful, potato salad is amazing! When you go upstairs it’s such a different vibe like you’re literally in someone’s house. And LOVE the balcony on a nice outdoor weather.

I ordered and paid for a chopped beef potato and my potato came with NO BEEF at all (the little pieces of meat you see in the picture are pieces I put in there from a beef sandwich. SAD, I know). When I called to ask for a refund, they told me they would only refund me for ONE side (about $4.00), even though they technically owed me about $9.00 for the nonexistent beef in my potato. It was either one $4.00 refund or me coming in to pick up the beef (what's the point in ordering on Uber eats then).
Unfortunately, this is not the first time they mess up my order. Last time I ordered from here I also ordered a beef potato all the way. However, that time they sent it to me without cheese. Regrettably, I gave them one more chance today and they disappointed again.
I obviously will not be ordering from this place again.

The taste was fine but the portion size of the brisket and Turkey was unbelievably small in comparison to what you would get anywhere else. They must be growing extra tiny animals just for their restaurants use.

I Ordered Brookstreet BBQ through Uber eats. I’m Glad I decided to go with Brookstreet as the BBQ was everything you look for in Texas style BBQ! Don’t bother waiting in super long lines for BBQ... there are plenty of spots out there serving up the real! ????????????

Always good food. Nice, laid back atmosphere. Several different seating options. It a house converted into a restaurant so there a porch and room-turn-seating upstairs.
Food is delicious and the BBQ sauce is one of the best. Presentation and quantity is decent for the price charged. The specials are good deals
Plenty of parking and there’s a drive thru. It’s busy but not packed.

The chopped beef potato is to die for!!! This was my first time trying, I ordered from UberEats and it was absolutely amazing!! The corn And Mac and cheese were DELISH as well!! Highly recommend giving this place a try. I’ll definitely be ordering again :)

Very disappointed. Ordered 4-meat platter through Uber eats for $29. Portion was very small and left me hungry. Meat was dry. Chips are pre-packaged and not fresh. Salad was small as well and did not have enough dressing. Can't recommend this place as there are many better BBQ places in Houston.

I was looking for a quick get in, get out place that wasn't fast food. Then I remembered Brookstreet. So glad I did. The brisket sandwich was tender and juicy. I was given the option of lean or marbled. MARBLED PLEASE! So good at a reasonable price.

Took my dad out to eat here for the first time and he was satisfied with the quality of the meat. For myself, the meat we ordered was amazing. The brisket was the most spectacular and well balanced in terms of flavor. The sides we also had also adds in the flavor. The place is not crowded, nor we have to wait in a long time like the other bbq places.
This is a great place to bring your family out to eat. Would reccomend!
