Hands down the most unique and customizable burger place I’ve been to. The “build it yourself” style of ordering makes it so that you can take your time choosing what goes best on your burger, and it comes out even better than you expected. The cashier at the counter will also help you out, giving suggestions and checking for clarification. The indoor ambiance is very fun as well, there’s a daily puzzle (which I was not able to solve), and water station. The food comes out relatively fast, and depending on how you build your burger, it can be pretty cheap. Highly recommend for a fun experience.

This place def lived up to the hype. One of the best burgers I’ve had in Houston by far. Everything on the burger was solid: bread/burger itself/cheese/bacon/veggies all very delicious. I am a huge fan of curly fries and they were on point as well. Diane was super nice, letting me eat my meal there even after closing so I could have it there fresh since it was my first time. She also gave me and other guests free cookies since it was closing time. Excellent experience overall and I recommend you come try it out.

It might not be the best burger spot but it has to be one of the best burger spots in the city. They have a good variety of customizations for your burger. The price kind of depends on what you add to the burger, also how it tastes is kind of up to you. I really enjoyed the fries here, they are steaming and crunchy, very nice, taste very fresh. It was packed when I got there and I waited around 23 min. The inside is kind of small but I didn't find it hard to find a place to sit. Staff was also very nice, overall the food was good, the people were good, and overall the experience was great.

Cool concept. Great burger options. I had fish and husband had Kobe beef. Fries were yummo. Environment was also great. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely go back.

Checked out burger-chan while we are in town, and absolutely love how flavorful their burgers are! Got me a burger with lettuce as my buns, some perfectly crispy cheese curds, and a refreshingly super black sesame-y black sesame shake. I have to admit, I went fork and knife on this thing to minimize mess since this was a monster of a burger, even with only one patty!
Kiddos were also well-satisfied with their cheeseburger and chicken nuggets, respectively, and they got to color while we waited. It definitely didn't hurt that they each got a chocolate chip cookie along with their kids meals to end on a sweet note.
Great spot to bring kiddos! :)

Nice burgers & friendly staff.
Loved the burger and the chilly cheese curly fries, I ordered my burger with bacon, kimshi, and onion strings. They have a lot of options other than burgers, and all customizable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This place is really good. Burgers and other items can be customized to your liking and the service is great. I got the brioche bun with double smashed patties, the aioli, cheddar cheese, medium fried egg, lettuce, ketchup, pickles, and pickled jalapeños. The burger was cooked really well and had tons of flavor. This might be my favorite burger in town. Definitely worth visiting. The service is awesome too!

The burgers here were awesome! Very customizable, even down to the choice of bread and cheese. I got the triple thin patty and the they were very flavorful, but may be a bit salty for some. The fries were great and the service was wonderful. The only downside was that it ended up being over 20 dollars per person after tax and tip and we only got one drink. Overall, a great experience and will come back again, but may not get a drink to save a few bucks.

Great burgers in the Galleria area. You can pick between a smash burger (very thin patty) or slightly thicker patty. Great selection of high quality breads and also unique and high quality toppings. Service is efficient and done with a smile. Clever touches like a math problem of the day and a quote of the day on chalkboards hanging in the restaurant. As a burger aficionado, I can highly recommend trying this place!

Best burger in town! My kids asked “can we come back tomorrow?” while we were eating there. Love the atmosphere and environment. Very kids friendly. Food is excellent!
