Start with the AC. After working in the heat eating in it was no cool, the place had a roach spray smell and the decor was bad. Now to the food meat was burnt the bun was the best thing. Get a 1 out of 10 just for the bun, the place looks like one of those places Gordan Ramsey needs to go and fix and when he does finds all kinds of spoiled meat and bad seafood......would not recommend

It should not take 26 minutes to get a burger and fries out of the window. Plus all the fixing were on a self serve bar. Only had meat and fries to cook. Seen a couple leave and one guy got a refund. If you only have a 30 minute lunch. Don't go here! A mediocre place that could be great.

For me, the experience was not a good one.
I ordered a grilled buffalo chicken sandwich, plain, with cheese and fries. It literally took 45 minutes to complete my order. They forgot the buffalo sauce on a buffalo chicken sandwich.
There was people coming in after me that got their order before I did.
The food itself was just okay. It was not great as I expected given the hype this place receives around the area.
I won’t be revisiting this establishment.

Extremely disappointed. Burger was very bland, no flavor at all, was overcooked and dry, and the bun was rock hard. On a food quality scale, I would rank what I had today equal to Burger King which I do not set foot into.
Additionally, the staff was extremely unfriendly and demanding. While paying, I was told (not asked) to either select a tip on the register or put cash in their jar. When I presented my card to pay, (I didn't see the "tap your card here" icon on the back of the [what looked like] receipt printer and say the full function card reader behind the register) the cashier just responded with "dude, just put it there" as he hit the back of the printer.
Later, as I'm trying to refill my drink, a different employee that came out from the kitchen area was at the self serve soda machine and asked me if I needed more ice. It seemed like a specific question so I responded with "yes, and a refill, are you out of ice?" (Which wouldn't have bothered me). He responded with "we have ice, I'm just trying to help", huffed, then walked off back to the kitchen obviously not wanting to help as he explained.
All in all, I won't be returning. Based on my experience today, I'd also recommend you take your money elsewhere as well.

First, the service for a walk up to order place is out of this world. Very pleasant experience throughout!
Second, the food was beyond good! Freshly prepared and again far better than you could ever expect. Do yourself a favor and visit this location for the best food you've tasted.
Lastly, the price for the portions you receive are an unbelievable deal.

Burger House to me was a very nice experience. It's something new with lots of different options. Your burger comes out plan and freshly cooked. You are able to add whatever toppings you want from a fresh cold bar. If you would like to go in with a large party,, there's plenty enough seating to accommodate for the event.. Was a tasty experience and I will be back for more.

I used to come here back when it was a Chinese buffet. Now this burger joint makes good tasting burgers and the seasoned fries are delicious and crispy. I’ve came here several times already and the food is always good. There is one problem- the cockroach problem. I saw these small roaches in the counter while getting ketchup packets.. in the packets bin. Then another one visited me at my table and was hiding under the napkins. Food is good, but the place is dirty. I recommend getting the food TO-GO.

So the mozzarella sticks were good and the strips had good flavor. But the place is just dingy looking and no toilet tissue in bathroom. And I lost my appetite after looking at the dead cockroaches in the ceiling/lights.

There is much to say. I'll start with the good! The food here tastes great and one can appreciate the extra mile they go to provide you with decent meat without the extra hormones and etc. Extra points for providing options, such as sweet potato fries and beef bacon, that many local restaurants in the area do not offer. I feel I have to travel quite far to get a variety of options that cater to health preferences/needs as well as just other options in general. The guy who took my order was very polite and helpful. He's young and will surely move to better jobs in the future but man it would be nice to have that kind of service across the board. I ordered the loaded burger and it was very delicious, however, unlike its picture, and what's written in the description, I didn't receive avocados on the burger. The burger still met my expectations, but those avocados would have made it beyond my expectations. The fries are well seasoned and well cooked. Now for the negative. The cleanliness of the restaurant is questionable. I will blame lack of staff for now. It seemed there were only 3 people operating in there. 2 cooks and the person taking orders/ serving. They serve beef bacon! I'm disappointed because the sign that tells you this is not immediately visible, so I ended up ordering it on the side after taking pictures.
