I went to this Sunday for brunch I drive up no one was there I park my car at 11:53 and no one ask for payment for parking I got out my car to go inside the parking lot attendant told me $40 I was like I was here before the building open and their aren’t no signs that states that . I ask to park in a handicap spot he told me that valet this place need to be fine I will be calling the city of Houston on Monday to see is it legal . If I could rate them lower I would

Where do I begin?
Oh $30 to park which is ridiculous.
Outside seating is extremely dirty and nasty.not even fit for homeless to sit on. Unacceptable and unprofessional;
My first and last visit. I try and support my black owned businesses, but we need to do better !

The prices for parking was ridiculous. The "valet"quoted us $40 to park in the shopping center and $30 across the street. That's a crazy amount to pay without receiving any food. I understand $5-10 to park but $40 is the price of a meal for two.

This was a never nice and clean establishment. Service was very good and prompt, I didn't wait no time to be seated. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is because I didn't come at the right time I was told. I will be back will an update when I return.

I was looking forward to enjoying myself before I was stopped by some Hispanic men across the street who demanded I pay $20 valet for parking my vehicle in an unoccupied space across the street. After a lot of harassment, i called the number on the towing sign and they picked up the phone. They’re running a huge scam for parking. This turned me completely off as the parking seemed like a huge scam and and very money hungry. Live oak needs to place some authority over the parking in the areas that claim to be associated with their business. This was a major turn off and I won’t be returning until they have some class and courtesy:

Under new management... The new name is Posh 22 New food and drinks, with a pop of hot posh pink! It still had the same neighborhood feel, casual and sexy.

No matter what the weather looks like outside, you'll be all good inside at the Live Oak lounge. Hookah upon request, Great beats, delightfully appealing staff, and a no-nonsense menu to order from. No dress code so come as you please. Great crowd too. Parking could be an issue but don't let it stop you from stopping by this place-

This was a nice place to have a cocktail, watch a game and listen to music. This night was maybe 25-30yr old crowd so they played all the latest hip hop, reggae, and r&b music. There was no arguing, fighting, or drama. Drinks were strong and expensive.
