Took the family here. First time. Wayyyyyy over priced for the quality of food. Got the salad with day old chicken. Lasagna was horrible. Fettuccine with chicken was horrible. Wings were bland. Mcdonalds would've been a better option. Never again. Russo's sh!+ the bed.

I like the dine in vibe. I've had good service every time. If the pizza were a little less expensive, I would order more often, but it's the best spot in the area, so the price seems warranted. Also, the tiramisu checks out.

pizza actually good compared to other places around. I am from NY and take my pizza seriously. It is not like NY pizza , but definitely quite good if that makes sense . More traditional style like a fancy Italian style . Tbh I don't really know how to describe pizza other than looks and taste but I can't really type that all out . I'd eat here again when I am in the area .

Well I always love the ambience of this place, but they really don't have any waiter service. They're booth areas are way behind getting upgraded. They are worn out beyond repair , I sat on a board for two hours ! Food is still good.

Requested a refund for my order of Pomodoro Bruschetta (which looks like soup). Waiting on a response from corporate…The dish is extra oily and overly saturated with garlic and onions. The tomatoes are near non existent when they should be the main ingredient, like the name suggests.
The Westheimer location has missed the mark on ALL three of my recent orders when it comes to food quality, customer service (via phone and in person), and overall value. Additionally, there appears to be inconsistencies in menu items from location to location throughout Texas. Won’t be back here for sure!
Photo of my oil, garlic, and tomato “soup” vs. the stock photo of bruschetta from Russo’s menu.
UPDATE: Per the owner's response. The one star review is a direct result of the food quality, customer service, and value received on THREE separate visits to this location. As of 6:47pm on 03/29/2022, no refund or accountability has been offered by the business which further confirms why Russo's on Westheimer's earned a ONE STAR review.

It has been a while since I h had a pizza at Russo's. It is simply delicious. I loved the vegetarian, especially with fresh tomatoes and vegetables. I will be coming back. And the price is reasonable compared to others today! I recommend it.

A must try! Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, quick service and awesome food! Ordered Doppio Pepperoni Pizza and Tortellini truffle pasta and both looked as they were from a commercial. SO TASTY! Self serve drinks had a variety of options. Definitely be back.

Russo’s is a wonderful place. The music and the way the place is set up gives off that authentic New York City feeling.
From pastas to pizzas, this is the place to be.
They have several types of pastas. All made fresh.
There is a huge pizza available that’s bigger than any size pizza in the city. I would post a pic but the pic wouldn’t do justice. This thing has to sit in your back seat.
What’s a New York restaurant without cheesecake? You should definitely try their several cheesecake’s. You will not be disappointed.

First time at this location. The food was great! Its usually what I'm expecting. I like the big portions. I always have a whole meal for later. This location was really clean and neat. Unfortunately the service was fair. Very slow and not attentive at all. There was even a lady who seem like a manager and could physically see her employees in the weeds taking phone orders, running food, and cleaning tables. Still didn't even lift a finger to get a refill/napkins/togo boxes. All those things were missing through out the visit. Will definitely be back and give it another go!

Simply amazing pizza. Visiting Houston and saw the reviews. Not disappointed.
Bread and oil starter was flavorful. Tried the Garlic Cheese Bread. Tasty and not too heavy. Side salads were good and not too large.
For the main course tried the New York Village as listed minus olives. Excellent mix of fresh and flavorful toppings. Tasty crust. Exactly what I want when I want pizza.
Decor is warm and inviting. Perfect for families and date night. Staff was attentive and friendly.
Highly recommended. Definitely would come back.
