Saw they were open for dinner on their website. Drove there at 5:00. They were closed. Gas is too expensive to just waste riding across Houston.

Now this brother's bbq is the word! When I was Director of Safety/Risk Manager for Texas Southern Department of Public Safety, his bbq was on the corner of Cleburne and Tierwebster across the street from Texans Southern University, and this is where my taste buds took command of my mouth. From the very first bite, my taste buds told me to shut my face, while enjoying the indulgence of it's existence simultaneously!!! Talking for my taste buds, stop yakking, go by Brother's BBQ, and ???? please, spoil yourself, take your taste buds along, or face the wrath, of a very rare abnormality, the case of the LOSS OF YOUR TASTE BUDS, MISSING FOR ACTION ???? ????.

Best BBQ around. I only get my brisket and homemade sausage from here. Compare to everywhere else. It's way better than those others.

I don’t usually like brisket, but theirs was out of this world. It was tender and delicious, even right before close. The folks working were super friendly and fun to chat with. I can’t wait to go back when they have ribs

I just moved to the neighborhood and have been smelling the delicious aromas of this spot while biking past. Today I gave it a try and it did not disappoint. A delicious chopped beef sandwich with onions, pickles, and jalapeños, served up quickly and with flair. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Black owned food truck business.
Excellent staff!!
Chase, the owner, was so hospitable!!
Customer service and food was amazing!!
When I arrived, I placed an order for two turkey legs for my parents. He told me he needed to put them in the smoker and the turkey legs would be ready within 45 minutes. So, I ran a few errands, drove back to the food truck and they were hot and ready.
My father said he loved it. I couldn't snap a photo fast enough of the turkey leg because my father couldn't help himself. Lol.
I will be back again.

First of all im a brisket connoisseur.
I have tried a lot of brisket from all over texas and 2 brothers ranks up there as one of my favorite 2, and one not being in the houston area. Got a half pound because I just wanted to try it out and I'm still marveling at the gift the next day.
Food Truck not withstanding the owner was pleasant and sure of his product and now i see why.......

You know those funky BBQ joints with stories about their brisket trimming secrets, homemade hipster hush puppies, 12 regional sauces to choose from and plaques on the wall with their best of awards? I love those places.
This is not one of them. Frankly, I'm not sure I need to get brisket anywhere else. The smoke was pervasive. Meat was tender but still had a little chew, great texture. Seasoning was heavy on salt, but not overpowering, just to the edge.
"I'll just have a bite" was a lie.
