I order a chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon for pick up. If I would’ve known that the chicken patties are frozen process chicken patties I would’ve never have order it. Paying $12 for a frozen process chicken that I could just literally buy at the grocery store is not good for anyone. I return with a nice attitude just asking for a beef burger instead. They look at me like if I was stupid and told nothing is wrong with the chicken. I just don’t understand how some who cooks burgers can not understand the difference between fresh and process food.

May have changed names from the original but still just as good. Oh and props to the lady working on her own. She rocks!

The food was good. But the service was bad. I don't speak Spanish and the people there speak Spanish for no English so it was hard to communicate. They had my lemonade sitting on the windowsill with the window closed in front of me for about 10 minutes and when I asked them if I could have a fresh lemonade I'd rather than sitting in the heat they looked at me like I was asking too much. It was dumb and I'm pretty sure she didn't even meet me at fresh lemonade probably just threw it in another cup and added more. Never got it I only got one with a car full of people. Like why would I just get one she said I said one and I had two kids and two adults in the car that's dumb. But then again I've always had problems with this restaurant communicating.

I would not recommend this place ordered the frid fish it was salty my wife ordered the chicken sandwich no taste to it one worker only gave us the wrong order the other worker left other customers were getting the wrong orders sorry but just saying management need to look into this it sucked

Tried their mushroom/Swiss burger and it was damn good. Perfectly toasted bun and the tomatoes were fresh and not soggy. Very friendly staff and great prices. Highly recommend.

I've known best burger since I was a kid and things have changed find the fundamentals and bring it back and you would make a killing I remember best burgers used to be a dollar ten for a single burger, those burgers would feed the whole family and they were very good with the family fry and a family onion ring I don't know who the owner is, but ask question on how best burger used to be find the roots of best burger... Find the traditional owners and get there professional wisdom of best burger, so best burger can have a future. Sorry about the one star I believe in best burger, but I can't give best burger a five-star, until they deserve it..

Stop using thin frozen patties from a box. Use fresh ground beef and people will start coming back.
