We went to cracker barrel 2 days ago and ordered the exact same thing we ate today. The General manager told us that we could not order the way it was ordered the last time and she was gonna give us they way it's supposed to be ordered. She did not let us know about how much of a price difference it was going to be. When we got the check the bill was $7 more than the last time we ordered the exact same thing. The reason we came back is because we were told then that we could order that way and now we can't apparently. This has to be the worst manager experience we've had. A great manager would have said "I'm sorry that you experienced this last time and because that was our fault I'll comp this meal as it was the last time, but the next time now you know it's actually going to be this price" That's what a good manager does. Instead this manager just kept saying "well I brought you what you wanted and you ate it so that's the price it's gonna be and it wasn't our fault that the last employee did it incorrectly " Instead of taking on responsibility for someone YOU manage, you lost a customer as we will not be heading back. This could have easily been handled and you would've had a customer every Sunday in us. And this was the GENERAL MANAGER. Imagine the horrible training she is giving to her managers! The manager was even worse, she kept saying "well you ate it"

How do you burn Mac and cheese? You had one job!
Had a chicken fried steak, it was meh, corn tasted like it was from a frozen bag left in the freezer too long. My fries were soggy because they were placed next to the corn.
I haven't been to a cracker barrel in 10 years, and now I remember why.

First time at this location was not impressed dress code for workers should be better looked a little messy and unprofessional my server was nice and did come back more then once to make sure we where ok on drinks my eggs where bland and cold my hash brown was to cheese my strawberry cheese pancakes where delicious a little to much filling I didn’t like that there was no syrup on the table biscuits where they best part I would go back for them

The food is what you would expect. Good 'ole down home cooking. We visited around 2pm or 3pm on a Sunday, so we definitely caught the post-church rush. So it was very crowded, and I would avoid going during that time block. The food was delicious. I always tell myself I'm going to try something different on this visit, but I always end up going with the chicken fried chicken. I would definitely recommend! The only reason I give 4/5 stars is the crowds and the service could've been a tad bit better. However, I suppose that's understandable with how crowded it was.

Everybody should experience Cracker Barrel at least once. I would not say that it is for the health conscious or vegan, but if you need to step away from heart healthy for a quick minute...go for it. The food reminds me of home cooked with lots of gravy. And the bonus while you wait for a table is the gift shop. It's absolutely fabulous. If you can't get free of heart healthy, at least you can partake of the gift shop and surely find a gift that will become a treasure for your loved one.

The breakfast was delicious as always...! ????
Customer service was pretty slow however we did have a new employee serving us. Just a recommendation but if the new employees can have some assistance to get the hang of things for there tables it would be appreciated. I was about to ask for a different server due to how long it was taking to get anything. As always though once the food came out it made everything better because it was so delicious. Thank you!

Waiter forgot my pancakes twice, argued with my brother about his pancakes...even though the menu clearly states he gets them. My friend's meal was served cold like it just came out of the fridge or freezer. Did I mention that there were also eggshells in the food as you can see on top of the chicken tenders?

We had country fried steak and catfish for dinner. The food is lack of seasoning and quite boring. Won't come back for dinner.

The service here for an early morning was awful. We waited to be seated and then the table was dirty. We got up and reseated ourselves and our waitress really wasn't that enthusiastic about being there. My food (biscuits and gravy) came cold and really just bland. The peach tea was syrupy sweet and I just really was not impressed with any part of the meal.

Visited Labor Day 2021 for lunch. Delicious and restorative meal as we traveled. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Country store was well stocked. Waiter was friendly and attended to our table of 6 well. We did not receive biscuits or cornbread with our meal and forgot to ask why. Location was very convenient on I-10 with gas stations and other stores nearby and right between Six Flags and downtown.
