Absolutely LOVE this establishment! Amazing food and great service! The staff is incredible; so welcoming and absolutely amazing! I was blown away by the attentiveness, especially during a time where service industry professionals are undervalued and unappreciated. 20% is the average recommended tip for any establish for today's day and age, will always give above and beyond to this brilliant team! Overall 100/100, would absolutely recommend for any occasion! From the food to the staff and the overall experience of the Fredrick's family, mind blown!

Ryan has consistently been the best bartender/server. We have recently moved our monthly business happy hour to this location and it is always lovely. Ryan is polite and professional and keeps our drinks and appetizers plates full and our table clean. Superb! I look forward to many more times here.

Beautiful inside, good happy hour and nice staff. Have not had dinner but menu looks great so if you go for happy hour you might stay for dinner!

Went out for a date night. The escargot and red wine were delicious. I ordered the shrimp and scallops entrée– it did not disappoint. Overall, a wonderful dinner! 10/10

Very good food. This Asian fusion style is unique. Desserts also were delicious. Great style and warm attention. We shall be back.

Our second time at this bistro. It is nice but please teach your servers to present the bill with the detail on what is being charged. The older gentleman doesn’t know how to use the card machine and only shows you the total amount, not what you are being charged. All else is good.

I come to SA from Houston once a week and discovered Frederick's just last night. It will be where I eat when I'm here every time. The menu is very well thought out and executed perfectly. I've never had escargot prepared the way it is here, and am now ruined. I just won't order it anywhere else. I sat at the bar, which was packed with what are clearly regulars with discerning palettes. It was a lively and humorous atmosphere, with the owner, Frederick, smack dab everywhere, inspecting what he expects. I can't praise this place enough. Go. Just go. See and taste for yourself.

Had drinks and dinner last night. The bar was cool for drinks before and the main restaurant had nice ambiance. Appetizer and food was excellent. The take on escargot was different but tasty. We had the halibut which was phenomenal. Excellent service throughout our whole visit. Definitely going back.

Always a great meal here. Wait staff tends to look busy but never busy with your table. We have to ask for water refills and they are very skimpy with providing bread and butter for the table. Prices have gone up since the last we were there a year ago. They had a mediocre wine selection. I wanted a glass of the Cakebread Chardonnay but I had to buy the bottle and it was only I drinking wine. Calamari appetizer is the best in town in my opinion. Large strips of lightly breaded calamari sits on a bed of asian style noodles with a sweet and sour sauce. All their desserts are wonderful also.
