Took my son for his bday 2019. This place made my 30 minute drive home very long and hard to do after the feast we had. We felt glorified in the treatment and cuisine offered in our visit there.
They took me back to RJ, Brazil when they served us the authentic Brazilian lemonade, and pudjing (Brazilian custard/flan).

Absolutely love this place! It’s a great place to try different cuts of steaks. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating! They even came up with a “Kid’s Size” dessert when my son asked for cake.

Top quality meats and the service was some of the best I've ever experienced! Mario was the manager on duty and was fantastic! I was very impressed with the level of attention paid by management and how frequently servers came around with different meats. Salad bar was also really good with a nice selection. Overall, a GREAT experience!

In my opinion, the best Brazilian Steak House in town. The atmosphere is nice and quiet. I've been to others in town where the lighting is too dim to see much of anything. Not this one. The lighting is great. The salad bar area has plenty of room to walk around with many selections to choose from. I believe the pricing was cheaper than most in town. It's still a little pricey but, worth every penny. From the time you flip that card, the food keeps coming. I don't know how they do it but the meat is always hot. Walking around the restaurant with meat, you would think it would cool down. It's somehow stays hot. Every piece of meat was juicy and full of flavor. It's definitely a must try if you haven't been already.

Absolutely a must visit Brazilian steakhouse establishment! Had a great meal with my son! Meats are seasoned to perfection and the service is superb! The lamb is the best I’ve had! The staff really takes great care of you whilst enjoying your dining experience! Will visit again!

From a service experience, I don’t think I’ve had a more attentive experience. I feel like they were almost over the top- in a good way- with making me feel accommodated. That was outstanding!
From a food standpoint, this is a tough one for a couple reasons. First, it’s hard to say if it was a them thing or a me thing.
A couple days ago, I had an extreme bout with heat exhaustion and dehydration. I’m from a state with very little humidity. So, it kind of got me.
Anyway, my appetite was a bit effected. Was my taste too? I don’t know.
In my opinion though, it seemed like the meat was very salty. It wasn’t a poor cut or cook but it felt like it had been badly over salted across the board. Some were worse than others but that was a recurring theme.
Additionally, I found some items on the salad bar to be lacking flavor. Also, the selection was less than someone other restaurants of this type I’ve been to.
Ultimately, I still am giving this restaurant a high grade because the service was spectacular. Despite being insanely busy with multiple huge parties, I felt prioritized. Not always easy to do in those environments.
Long story short, this kind of reminds me of restaurants I’ve visited in Aspen. There’s something about them that you overpay for. Aspen is location. GG seems like experiencing and being “the place people talk about.”
Would I go back? I would. It won’t be for a long time though and I’d need a pretty good reason.
Still, it was 4/5 stars for me. Maybe next time?

We've been here twice now! Our first visit was so great, we came back a week later with friends and family. The food is delicious and prepared so well. The seasonings on the meat are fantastic, but the flavors get even better when you pair them with the sauces! All the servers, hostess, staff are completely gracious, patient, and friendly. They accommodated anything we needed for us, and our 2 year old.

I've been to other Brazilian steakhouses bit this one unique. The pineapple was very delicious. The garlic steak was amazing and my favorite cut of meat. I know there are shorthanded but my wife and mother in law loved the experience. Will definitely ho back again.

I recently went here to eat with my wife and a friend and I deeply regret giving this place a chance!
I have two main complaints and I cannot decide which one is more egregious. I will start with what happened first... one of the waiters dropped steak on my wife (and her nice shirt pictured in this review) TWICE and did not say a word about it. No sorry, no nothing! Could Galpão Gaucho please buy my wife a new shirt or something?
That was bad enough... but this place took a turn for the worst when we got our bill. They tried to charge us $25 for water!! This is amazing to me because I told them upfront that we would all just like tap water rather than spring water that costs money. And then the waitress had the nerve to charge us $25 for water. To be fair, she took it off when I asked for the manager but my question is... if you know that I am going to refuse paying for this based on what I said at the beginning of my meal, why even try?
All in all, just a very expensive and bad experience. I won't be going back unless something drastic changes. Just stick to Chama Gaucha folks, you don't want to leave with stains and a hole in your pocket for a drink that is universally free.

Food was excellent and service was good. First experience at a Brazilian steakhouse was great!! We were a big party of close to 30 people and they managed to keep us all fed and watered lol but towards the end we waited a long time for certain meat options. They finally came back after we asked them twice or so. I’d definitely come back and most likely with a smaller party to compare the service in a good way. I highly recommend it. The lamb was excellent, the steak was amazing and the salmon delicious. Looking forward to coming back!
