Very popular restaurant along the River walk. My friends and I really enjoyed this place, the drinks were great and so was the food. The steak with avocado and elote was definitely my favorite! I've never had a favorite restaurant along the River walk because there's just so many but this one here is in my top 5.

Excellent food, quality and presentation is absolutely great. Very busy location so always plan to make reservation or the wait could be around 1hr. Service is good but seems obvious that they are short on staff. Our waiter was average but that didn’t matter to us because food was excellent.

I came here for my birthday dinner and what a great experience. We had a fantastic server! I loved the ambience here. The drinks are good but kind of small for the price. The food was really good. The lobster tacos were an absolute hit! The Mexican Meatloaf is definitely a must try. It had so much flavor. Very nice size serving of mussels as well. He even made our guacamole tableside!

Host was snippy, attitude of - you need to wait, despite multiple open tables (15 minutes).
Was served fair normal but good salsa, chips mediocre.
Mexican meatloaf only the salsa topping and street corn earned a star. The meatloaf was cold, way over cooked, and had a burnt top. The jalapeno/ bacon mashed potatoes were scraped from the dried film at the top of the steamer container. Lastly, they through fresh cilantro on top. Menu doesn't mention cilantro, so if your not a fan plan on spending a lot of time picking it off. Waiter didn't even offer to exchange. Not worthy of a $$ 4.1 rating.

Very good Mexican restaurant on the Riverwalk. Nice to sit outside in the evening and enjoy the Sun setting. Also less wait for outside than inside, probably because of the heat. Would explain the water mists that are setup to cool down the area around.
Customer service is excellent, friendly and very helpful. Top prices for the items and just enough for a single serving.
Overall enjoyed the atmosphere, light crowd on the Riverwalk and birds cruising through for food crumbs in between the tables.

We were trying to decide what to eat along the Riverwalk and after passing 4 different restaurants, we decided to give Iron Cactus a try. The lunch service was fast as our entrees came out before we even finished our appetizer. The waitress was friendly and very attentive. The combo fajitas for 2 was definitely worth the price. We were full and completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend as a place for quick bites along the Riverwalk.

Nice place on the Riverwalk, convenient next to a boat tour stop. The food was petty good but nothing spectacular. The steak is more tender than it looks, and the salsas were tasty! We did get seated right away as a party of 2 outside, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Highly recommend! What we ordered tonight— Shrimp Tacos 5 ⭐️, Del Mar entree 5 ⭐️ (best entree for sure), table side guacamole and cheese dip. Wonderful meal. Would def come back.

This definitely is an exquisite place to visit in San Antonio. I definitely recommend sitting in the patio
Next to the river. We had a toddler and they didn’t allow us to sit outside since it was for four people only max and our toddler counted as a fifth according to the host. Besides that the only thing that could have been improve is the lightening. Our waiter was very courteous and efficient in everything he did. He made sure our cups were never empty and ensure we were satisfied. We got our dishes at perfection. Taste was on point and everything was warm and just perfectly seasoned. The fajitas-steak were a two person menu item and had both corn and flour tortillas along with garnish.

Had a client in town yesterday and chose this place to take her to dinner. It did not disappoint. Bryan was our server and he was phenomenal. His presence snd service was an absolute delight. I tried the Southwest Paella and it was delicious. My client had the Shrimp Tacos and she loved them. I can't remember the name of my margarita but I loved it!
