We went here for dinner on a saturday night they were really busy but there was no wait to be seated and everyone who waited on us were very nice. Their food is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced for the amount of food you get!

Stopped here for dinner to avoid the rush hour traffic after an uneventful shopping trip. It was slow a little after 5:00 pm. Most of the staff were on their phones, but the place was pretty empty. But by the time my wife and I decided to leave, the place was starting to fill up. I certainly won't go out of my way to come back because it's far from where we live and convenient from. Where we live. Food was good, place looked and smelled clean, staff was nice and food was good.

Went to this Longhorn Steakhouse by North Star Mall on a Saturday night on 3/26/22 for my moms bday and my experience was not good at all, I always order the rib eye outlaw and I always order it medium well, this was not medium well, I sent the steak back twice and they still didn’t get it right…manager didn’t even come out to apologize or anything. Services was not up to par…I was in San Antonio for the weekend from Houston and I will not return to this location

Nice relaxing place where service & the food are delicious. The Steaks are do great here. Server was extra nice always making sure we had everything we needed and more. F ont hesitate to visit this location.

Great place to eat! Food is fresh, drinks are tasty. Very reasonable in price. Centrally located to make it easy to meet after work!

Service was great. Waiter was awesome. Ordered the rib eye med rare, got super well done. 2/5 steaks were cooked wrong at our table, but we just ate and enjoyed the day. Service more then made up for over cooked steak.

My friend and I met here for a late lunch. The chicken bites were absolutely amazing, and the reason for such a high rating. Everything else was disappointing.
The tea was, and it HAS to be bad for me to say, entirely too sweet. The hint of tea you could actually taste was stale. The salad was a salad. Pretty basic. The mashed potatoes were pretty decent. My steak.
My STEAK.
You come to a STEAKHOUSE with certain expectations. Mine was, as they have been the times I have been here in the past, fairly high. I asked for medium. My friend asked for medium well. As you can see by the pic, it's just under WELL DONE. Both our steaks were like this. I knew as soon as she set the plate down that it was wrong. I cut the steak down the middle and confirmed my thoughts. I left it parted on my plate like this for the waitress to see. Of course, she avoided us for 20 minutes. By the time she came over to check on us, my appetite was gone. Her response: "oh, you should have told me!"
YOU NEVER CAME BY TO CHECK ON US!!!
Thankfully, this "meal" didn't ruin our 4 year friendaversary, but it was a sad way to kick it off. Thanks a lot, Longhorn Steakhouse.

It had been a while since I had been to the Longhorn Steakhouse, but I went for a birthday dinner celebration. The wait was very long, an hour and forty-five minutes, and the indoor waiting area was closed off so we were forced to wait outside, and needless to say, it was hot outside. Nevertheless our hostess was kind and she repeatedly apologized for the long wait, and we really appreciated that. We were a party of eleven so we understood. When we were finally seated and we ordered our meals, it took a very long time to actually get our food. I've been to many restaurants with groups even larger than this and did not have to wait that long but there were no reasons or apologies given. The food finally arrived and everything looked and tasted delicious. I ordered the chicken fried chicken with asparagus and a sweet potato and it was perfect. I wouldn't recommend going there in a group larger than maybe six, but in terms of the food, I highly recommend it.

If you want a good steak, great service and ambiance; this is the place for you! I came here on a Sunday evening and there was no wait. Our server was very professional and helpful. He helped me choose my steak and I wasn’t disappointed. I ordered the Longhorn Ribeye on the bone with a salad and baked potato. My partner ordered the Flo Filet with a Lobster Tail, a salad and baked potato. We also had a margarita and a wine glass. We followed our dinner with an awesome Molted Lava Cake. Everything was perfect! I enjoyed the outstanding service, the food, and the ambiance! I’m definitely coming back for more!
