Best cake ever! I will only buy from Lucy’s going forward in San Antonio. My sons first birthday cake was a huge hit. There was zero left overs. The customer service was great. All the lady’s made me feel right at home. Thanks for doing such an awesome job.

Showed them a roughly edited picture of how I wanted the Cake and they did not disappoint. The cake came out super cute. The strawberry cake with strawberry filling was really good and moist. The frosting was on the sweet side. We gave them the toppers and they placed them on the cake according to the picture.

I’ve never order cakes from here but a friend recommended since they taste so good. But I did not like how my mother was treated when she went to pick up my sons cake. They did not know where my cake was and she had the receipt to show them what I ordered, they didn’t know anything about it. So they rushed to prep the cake because they didn’t have it done. When I placed the order on Friday 8/26 they said it will be ready by 3 for 8/27. But nothing was done they told my mom it will done in 15min. Well I finally had the party Sunday 8/28 but the cake did not taste good or look like how I thought it was going to be. They rushed to make it! I’m very disappointed that I bought a 45$ cake that wasn’t worth it.

I was able to place a birthday cake order last minute. No crazy fee or price. And my daughter's cake came out EXACTLY how we ordered. No complaints. I am very happy with their customer service and product.
**2022 UPDATE**,
I once again ordered my daughter's birthday cake from Lucy's and it was SO beautiful, I didn't want to cut it. ????
I am so grateful for their service. They are outstanding and I absolutely appreciate how every detail was done with care. Thanks again, it was beautiful and delicious!!❤️❤️❤️????????????

Lucy’s offers the best cakes and service! I will always recommend them to my friends and family. They did an amazing job on my daughters cake and cupcakes! Everything was absolutely beautiful and so delicious! The cake and cupcakes has strawberry filling that everyone just loved! They were perfect! We provided them with the flower and butterfly decorations and they decorated everything so gorgeously! Everyone was blown away by them. I can’t wait for our next family get together so we can order from Lucy’s again! Everyone there is so helpful and kind. Thank you so much Lucy’s for making my daughter’s first birthday cake a spectacular one!

The cakes taste so good here. Its been a place we got our cake for several years. The cakes are always good & moist not hard. You can order your cake and pay over the phone. You can place the order soon as you know or about the day before for a simple cake. Of course if you're wanted more of a detailed cake i would order way before. They have single cupcakes you can buy that are delicious also buying selected baking needs is offered such as cake boxes , pans, candles, cake toppers, etc.

Ordered a naked cake and it looked great. I provided the faux flowers and they arranged them perfectly. The cake was a little dry, but it was still good.

Cake was good, the only issue I had was the cake that I order had pearls in the flowers of the bottom tier, and the one I got had small pink pears or beads which they were hard too see.
I did order with more than two weeks in advance and the lady from the shop said I guess they run out of the ivory pears.
Another thing I did sigh a contract, were I can't make any changes to the cake after a period of time, but they never said they can make a change to cake, humm something to think about when signing.
I'm attaching a picture of the cake I ordered and the one I got.
Overall the cake tasted good.
