Just finished eating the prime hamburger at the bar...delicious! With a beautiful glass of Pessimist red wine, also delicious as well as the Old Fashioned prior that. The bartender, Matt,, and the other bartenders were on point! Dinner was wonderful! Only issue was I asked for extra ketchup when my food came, but never got it. The tables to my left and right asked for "extra" things and they got theirs. Felt like I wasn't worthy. :-(

Never have I ever had a better steakhouse experience! Where to start? The amazing smile that greets you as you are being served? The chic style and ambiance? The clever and flavorful sides? Or maybe it's the fact that my server just made the experience so amazing?! Fabulous experience from beginning to end thanks to Sonya. She was taking care of multiple tables, and still gave us outstanding service as if it was just us! Ask for Sonya the next time you go and you won’t regret it! This was by far the best service and meal I’ve had and I’ll never forget it. All these combined make this a must take for business and pleasure! 10/10

Wonderful dining experience! Keri, my server, was most excellent and really made the experience exceptional. The food was delightful, beverages were tasty, the service was wonderful (with fantastic recommendations) and a clean location. Hive five to Keri for making my night so extra fabulous!

We decided to use a gift card we have had for over a year while we were in town visiting family. We had never been to a Ruth Chris before and we were blown away by both the service and the food. My wife had a stuffed chicken entree and I had the steak and shrimp. Both were delicious, but the most impressive part of the meal was our server, Gabriel. This man was truly engaging and cared about our experience. I'm pretty good at reading people, and this guy truly wanted us to enjoy our time and wanted to "know our story". You could tell he truly cares about the people he serves and is a perfect fit in his role. Thank you Ruth Chris for a great and unexpected experience. You made our evening extra special, we will be back when in the San Antonio area.

Had great birthday experience here. Some coworkers and I have talked about going and finally pulled the trigger and it was well.worth it. Top notch service from Christopher and the food was amazing.

Each time we come , we cannot get enough of the cheesecake, but yes rest of the meal are always top notch. Have never been disappointed with any meal and will be back.

Another fantastic dining experience at this location! The lobster bisque was silky, crab stuffed mushrooms could be a small meal themselves, and the ribeye was so tender I could cut it with a fork.

Great restaurant. Pricey, but I expected it. We were celebrating a few occasions so it was worth it. Crab cakes are delicious! It's very busy so I recommend making a RESERVATION before coming. We almost didn't get in. Before is my Snapper entree and my husband's Ruth Chopped Salad.

Food: filet was very solid, ribeye good if not a bit fatty, the lobster was over salted. Broccoli au gratin was par, chop salad was good, potatoes were forgettable. Desserts were standard steakhouse fare.
Atmosphere/service: Professional waitstaff. The building felt like you were eating inside one of the missions...classy but slightly rustic.

I went here my first night in town because it was extremely convenient to walk from my hotel. I’ve been to many Ruths Chris’s, but this location may be the best all around I always sit at the bar, and I suggest you do as well. Tony and Shawn are some of the finest and professional bartenders I’ve ever encountered. The first night I went, I had the petite filet (cooked exactly as ordered) and au gratin potatoes. The food was excellent but the masterpiece was the ranch waters the bartenders altered to my taste. I topped the night off with a coffee with baileys and Jemison and it was exactly the way I liked it. The service and food were so good, I went there the next night. The bartenders remembered my name, had a ranch water (exactly as I ordered the night before) waiting when I got back from the restroom, and the glass stayed full until I begged them to stop. I had the blackened snapper which was absolutely excellent. Yes. Ruth’s Chris is expensive, but at least at this location, the food and service are at the top of there class. Drinks are strong pours in over sized glasses. Food portions are always more than I can eat. So, factoring the equation, I could argue it’s quite a value. I don’t give 5 stars often. Anthony, Shawn, and their coworkers deserve all 5!
